Maravich Center Policies ANNOUNCEMENTS Public address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through LSU Police at (225) 578-3231. ARTIFICIAL NOISE-MAKERS Southeastern Conference rules do not permit artificial noise-makers to be brought into or used in the arena. Anyone found violating this policy is subject to ejection. BANNERS, POLES AND SIGNS Banners and signs may not be hung and poles may not be brought into the Maravich Center except as approved by LSU. Approved banners and signs must be removed after each game. BEVERAGE POLICY (ALCOHOL) The possession or consumption of alcohol in the general seating areas of the PMAC is expressly prohibited by University policy. Arena personnel and law enforcement agencies will enforce this policy. Persons who are intoxicated or who are in possession of alcohol are subject to ejection from the arena. CAMERAS Cameras are permitted in Maravich Center for both fans and working news media. All photos taken in the Maravich Center must be for editorial or personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. Video cameras are NOT permitted in the Maravich Center except for the working news media. Flash photography is not permitted during play EVENT STAFF Members of the LSU Event Staff are located at the entrances and on the transverse and floor to assist you finding amenities, your seat, lost children and security and medical personnel among other requests you may have. Contact LSU Game Management at 225-578-4085 if you are interested in becoming an Event Staff Team Member. FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION For Maravich Center rental information please contact Katie Gerlach, External Events Coordinator at kgerlach@lsu.edu or 225-578-6974. Or go to the LSU Athletics Facility Rental Request Form on lsusports.net. FIRST AID For the safety of fans in the Maravich Center, Acadian Ambulance personnel will be located in the Lower NE Corridor or the First Aid Room on the Concourse. If you need assistance or are with someone who does, contact the nearest law enforcement officer or Event Staff Member. FOOD/BEVERAGE Concession stands are located in various Upper and Lower Concourse areas. No outside food or beverages are permitted in the Maravich Center. The Upper Concourse is NOT open for Volleyball matches GAMEDAY PROGRAMS Programs are available FREE of charge at the Maravich Center concession stands, merchandise area and entrances. If you are interested in advertising in LSU s Game day programs in any sport, contact LSU Sports Properties at (225) 578-7049. HANDICAPPED PATRONS Free handicapped parking is available in Lot 105 by showing your state issued ADA hangtag or license. LOST AND FOUND Items found during the game will be held at the score table until the game concludes then turned over to LSU Police. Items found during clean-up will be turned over to LSU Police at the Public Safety Building on South Stadium Drive. Call (225) 578-3231 to ask if your item has been turned in. LOST OR MISSING PERSONS Please contact the LSU Event Staff or Law Enforcement they will stay with you until the missing person is found.pick up a Mike s Tiger Tag Wristband at the Ticket Office or check with ticket takers upon entry to the arena.in an effort to help individuals keep tabs on children or those that might need special assistance. Please use a Mike s Tiger Tag wristband write your contact information and adhere the wristband to your child/relative/friend. If you become separated, contact the nearest arena team member for assistance. MERCHANDISE A merchandise store is located on the Upper South Concourse. For Volleyball, merchandise is available in the Lower Northwest Corridor. PARKING Parking is FREE for Gymnastics and Volleyball. See the parking maps for Men s and Women s Basketball on pg. 12 & 13 of this book. Contact 225-578-2184 or tickets@lsu.edu for more information on parking and permits. SHUTTLE Shuttles run during all home games for Gymnastics, Men s and Women s Basketball. Shuttles begin running two hours prior to game time and end one hour after the end of each game. See shuttle pick up and drop off locations on the parking maps located on pages 12 & 13. PETS Pets are not permitted in the Maravich Center with the exception of documented service animals. 7

Maravich Center Policies RECYCLING LSU has placed numerous collection containers throughout the LSU campus for recycling of glass, plastic and aluminum items. Please help LSU s recycling program by utilizing these containers. For more information, contact the Facility Services Help Desk at (225) 578-3186 RE-ENTRY TO ARENA Anyone leaving the arena must have an unscanned new ticket to return to the arena. Once a ticket has been scanned, it may not be used again for re-entry, unless otherwise directed by LSU Event Management (or gameday officials) in emergency situations SPORTSMANSHIP The throwing of objects from the stands is strictly prohibited and is cause for immediate ejection. Also, fans may not go onto the playing floor at any time before, during or after games. SMOKING & TOBACCO USE Smoking and the use of all tobacco products on the LSU Campus is prohibited. This prohibition applies to all individuals while on the LSU Campus, including faculty, staff, students, administrators, contractors, and visitors. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, snuff, pipes, and chewing tobacco are not permitted STADIUM SECURITY Visitors to the Maravich Center may be subject to search. With heightened security now a way of life, LSU will do everything possible to provide a secure environment for its fans. Please be cooperative with our security officials during your visit to the Maravich Center. They are there for your safety. STANDING DURING GAMES LSU encourages fans to be courteous of other fans in choosing to stand during games. Spontaneous reaction to plays or significant events is expected and encouraged. Continued standing during game action when other fans are sitting is discouraged and will be addressed by LSU Event Staff if complaints from other fans are reasonable and continuous. UMBRELLAS Umbrellas may be brought into the MARAVICH CENTER but may NOT be opened at any time inside the arena. TICKET OFFICE The ticket office at the Maravich Center is located on the Upper South Concourse and will open will open 90 minutes prior to tip off for all basketball games and gymnastics meets. The LSU Athletic Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the Athletic Administration Building on the corner of Nicholson Drive and North Stadium Drive, in the west parking lot of Tiger Stadium. The office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. WILL-CALL The will-call window for tickets is located at the Maravich Center Ticket Office and will open 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to every home game until halftime for Men s and Women s Basketball and until the third rotation for Gymnastics. Only the person whose name is on the ticket order may pick up the tickets. Photo ID is required for all will-call orders. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS For information on lost or stolen tickets, contact the LSU Athletic Ticket Office at (225) 578-2184. TICKET MARKETPLACE Fans can sell and buy tickets online at the Ticket Marketplace. Go to LSUsports.net, click on Tickets and click on Marketplace. This is the easiest and safest way to re-sell tickets to LSU sporting events. TAILGATING POLICIES Help us keep your campus clean by bagging your trash and using recycling containers. TENTS No larger than 10 by 10 and may not be staked into the ground. Fans using a tent or canopy over the tailgate of a vehicle should keep travel lanes open for vehicle traffic and should not take up space in other parking spaces. Tents may not be used to save parking spaces. SECURITY AND SAFETY It is the responsibility of each tailgate party to secure tailgate items prior to entering the arena. Tailgaters should lock food, beverages and valuables out of sight in vehicles; extinguish all fires or flames; unplug electrical outlets; secure barbecue pits, chairs, and ice chests; and store beverages in locked containers. TICKETS Volleyball is FREE to all fans. For Gymnastics, Men s and Women s Basketball, all fans ages 3 and above must present a ticket for admission to the Maravich Center.
