Sara Maria Barton Creative Director, Ballet West A high-demand principal dancer, Sara-Maria Barton, has performed with all of the major British ballet companies: The Royal Ballet, Birmingham Royal Ballet, English National Ballet and Scottish Ballet; also frequently invited as guests in the UK, Europe and the USA on television programmes, MTV music videos; and featured in various magazines in the UK and USA, including Hello and Vanity Fair. Olga Voloboueva Ballet Mistress, Ballet West Russian-born Olga was trained at the Vaganova Ballet Academy of St. Petersburg and joined thekirov Ballet where she performed the principal roles of Odette and Odile in Swan lake, Nikiya andgamzatti in La Bayadere and Giselle among many others. She has been a guest artist with companies all over the world including Japan and The USA, performing Juliet and Aurora with Colorado Ballet, together with recent work by modern choreographers. She currently lives in Belgium and performs with the Royal Ballet of Flanders. Jonathan Barton Senior Principal Dancer, Ballet West A popular name in the UK dance scene, Jonathan puts Ballet into the commercial world; works include with Irn Bru, video game movement advisor, music videos on MTV and T-in-the-Park. His principal roles include Romeo and Juliet,The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake and Coppélia, to name but a few. With his ever increasing reputation, and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), Jonathan also regularly coaches for the prestigious Genée International Ballet Competition. Natasha Watson Soloist, Ballet West An emerging star in the Ballet scene and UK film industry, Natasha has toured internationally with English National Ballet and Scottish Ballet. She s also considered one of the finest dancer of her generation; a Genée International Ballet Competition medalist and the only UK candidate chosen for the ever prestigious Prix de Lausanne in 2015. Uyu Hiromoto Soloist, Ballet West "Who has been awarded the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance Solo Seal Award. The Solo Seal Award is the Academy's highest accolade and exceptionally difficult to attain with only a few dancers worldwide receiving it each year. Before commencing vocational training at Ballet West, Uyu trained at the excellent Kudo Ballet School in Japan."
Oscar Ward Soloist, Ballet West Another emerging principal dancer, Oscar also made his first international debut as Principal Dancer in Penang during the first ever Ballet West Asia Tour. His work within the tour includes leading international workshops with more than 150 participants. Owen Morris Soloist, Ballet West A dancer with Vienna Festival Ballet, Owen is also now working on blockbuster movie "The Nutcracker and the Four Realms" alongside internationally renowned choreographer Liam Scarlett of the Royal Ballet. The stars of this movie include Morgan Freeman, Misty Copeland, Keira Knightley and Helen Mirren. Andrew McNicol Choreographer, Ballet West Noted as a name to watch and talented beyond his years. and has won the Kenneth MacMillan Choreographic Award. Choreographies include contexts for The Royal Ballet of Flanders, Northern Ballet, The London Olympics, New English Ballet Theatre, Dance East, The National Youth Ballet, Ballet Central, and Juice Opera Trio. In 2014, he was a nominee for the prestigious Rolex Mentor and Protégé Award and in 2015 he was shortlisted for the New Adventures Choreographic Award. He also became the first invited choreographer to work with Northern Ballet on their inaugural choreographic project alongside choreographers from The Royal Ballet and Scottish Ballet. Martin Fenton Contemporary Choreographer, Ballet West Martin Fenton trained as an Acrobat, classical Ballet dancer and Gymnast, achieving world championship-level in the latter. He was educated at English National Ballet and is a widely experienced in commercial dance. He has appeared in music videos for Robbie Williams and The Wanted, and has worked extensively in television, including the Royal Variety Performance, the Paul O Grady Show, the National Television Awards and numerous commercial adverts. He has also appeared in the closing ceremony of the London Olympics alongside the Pet Shop Boys, Blur, Jessie J. and One Direction amongst others.

General Terms *subject to conditions Payment 1. The Sponsor will pay 50% up-front payment 7 days upon signing agreement. Remainder 50% balance shall follow 14 days thereafter. Sponsorship 2. Unless otherwise provided, the cash or services and the Sponsor benefits described are related solely for The Dance Company Asia Tour 2017. Obligation 3. The Sponsor shall be responsible in selling the in-theatre shows. 4. The Dance Company shall collaborate with The Sponsor in appropriate joint marketing or promotional projects. The Dance Company appearances will be subject to The Dance Company s terms. 5. The Dance Company shall supply marketing material support as listed aforementioned. 6. The Sponsor and The Dance Company shall use all reasonable endeavours not to do and shall procure that none of their employees, agents or contractors shall do, or omit to do, anything which may: (i) bring the Event or the other party into disrepute; (ii) disparage the Event or the other party; (iii) damage the goodwill of the Event; or (iv) be prejudicial to the image and/or reputation of the Event or the other party. 7. The Dance Company shall not engage in joint promotions with any third party, unless in relation to The Dance Company Asia Tour 2017. Intellectual Property 8. All Intellectual Property rights shall be solely and exclusively owned by The Dance Company. The Sponsor shall not acquire and rights including any development or variations. 9. All Intellectual Property rights in or arising out of or in connection with The Dance Company Asia Tour 2017 shall be owned by The Dance Company. 10. The Dance Company shall grant Sponsor a limited non-exclusive license to use The Dance Company logo for the purposes only of advertising its sponsorship of the The Dance Company Asia Tour 2017. Sponsor's use of such logo shall be subject to The Dance Company s approval. 11. The Sponsor shall give The Dance Company the absolute right and permission, without restrictions, to make, copyright, and/or use, re-use, publish, or republish Sponsor's image, likeness, and/or voice on promotional materials. The Sponsor understands that all such shall remain the property of The Dance Company. 12. The Sponsor shall waive any right to compensation for Sponsor's appearance in these printed materials, videos, or web sites in any and all future uses. 13. Any broadcast, video-taping, photographing, recording or reproduction of performance by The Sponsor will be subject to The Dance Company s terms. Performance 14. The Dance Company shall perform a maximum of 3 in-theatre shows within a period of 7 days. 15. Sponsors shall ensure theatre is equipped with proper lighting, sound system and Harlequin or equivalent dance floor covering. Sponsor will also furnish The Dance Company with adequate support to execute The Dance Company Asia Tour 2017.
General Terms *subject to conditions Rehearsal 16. Sponsors shall provide adequate rehearsal time, at least 1 day, in the theatre, prior to performance. Misc 17. The Dance Company shall not be under any liability for failure to appear and perform when such failure is caused by physical disability, accident, interruption or delay in public transportation service, regulation of public authority, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of The Dance Company. Termination 18. Either party has the right at any time to terminate this Agreement immediately by giving written notice to the other in the event that the other: (i) has committed a material breach of any of its obligations and has not remedied any such breach (if capable of remedy) within fourteen (14) days of being required to do so by written notice; or (ii) ceases or threatens to cease to carry on business, is unable to meet its debts as they fall due, has an order made or a resolution passed for its winding-up, has an administrator, receiver or manager appointed, makes any arrangement or composition with its creditors, or makes an application for the protection of its creditors in any way. 19. Upon termination, outstanding sums owing to The Dance Company at the date of termination shall become due and payable without deduction or set-off. -END-
