In the last five years, the Arts Council has provided over 20,000 students an opportunity to experience the arts through all-school assemblies at their school or a local theatre at no cost to the student or school. Created in 1969, the AAAC is funded through membership support and grants from the SD Arts Council, the City of Aberdeen and others.
