We must plant seeds of wisdom, prosperity, discipline, and respect to harvest trust, hard work, and loyalty from our youth. The Pipeline seeks to merge educational and recreational activities to mentor our youth to be healthy, wealthy and wise. This program will challenge them to be better citizens for tomorrow, give them hope and encouragement, present them with opportunities, and aid in their personal, cultural, social, and career development. The Pipeline serves as an interface between academics and fitness for low income, low achieving youth, 6-19 years of age, currently enrolled in a Title I school. The programming provides an initial portion of tutorial assistance in all educational areas, with particular focus on reading, writing, and math skills. The secondary portion will encompass the principles of physical fitness, including active participation in organized exercises. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 150 youth per district, 3-days per week, from 3-6pm. All activities are offered at no cost to participants. Our long-term goal is to establish these after-school programs throughout the state and to build facilities to foster them. Additionally, we offer basketball skill & development clinics, personal training & exercise programs for all ages throughout the state, as well.
