Team Order Policies At Holiday & Leisure Rinks, your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Thank you for your business! To receive special team pricing, all team orders require a minimum of 12 units per item before June 1st. Please contact Chrissy to set up an appointment for a free fitting for your team. She will have samples to properly fit your team. We require a 1 week notice to schedule your team fitting. If the customer wishes to add between 1-11 units after the order has been placed, those items will be charged at our Retail prices and not the special Team Price. Customer will also be responsible for all shipping charges. We cannot guarantee forces out of our control (In-stock availability, shipping times, Embroidery/Silk Screening time, etc). We work with our partners to get your items completed as quickly and professionally as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee items to be completed by a certain date. Please be as detailed as possible when filling out any Embroidery, Silk Screening work order forms. Our partners work off the work order sheets that we are given. Please make sure that all names and numbers are correct. No changes can be made once the work order has been placed and signed. In the event of customer error, it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover any charges to replace that item. In the event of Holiday/Leisure Rinks or our partners error, we will replace that item free of charge. NEW!
