HOME Foundation Annual Charity Golf Tournament Monday September 10, 2018 Our HOME Founda on Annual Charity Golf Tournament will con nue its success in 2018, with another tournament in Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego. This is your opportunity, as a sponsor, to help us reach out to the less fortunate in our communi es and make a real difference in their quality of life. In 2017, the HOME Founda on raised over $382,000 in sponsorship dollars and donated $30,000 to scholarship programs. Among other things, the funds have benefi ed various health care associa ons as well as the Senior Charity Care Founda on which provides seniors with dental and vision care that they would otherwise be unable to afford. A startling 38% of all Americans over the age of 60 are economically insecure, living at or below the poverty level. That is over 23 million Americans, and will increase to over 28 million by the year 2020. To broaden the sphere of influence of the Founda on, we would like to enlist your company s support as a sponsor, underwriter and par cipant.
