Camping Please park as instructed and close to one another as you would in a supermarket car park. DO NOT leave large gaps between one another as this will take up vital space for other participants!! The venue at Phoenix Bike Park is divided by the A14. It is extremely compact with limited basic camping available. Facilities on offer are Toilets, (portaloos) Potable Water and that s it. It is FOC, but will be on a first come first served basis. Please understand this is literally right next to the A14 so road noise may be an issue if you are a light sleeper.. Showers and WC s There are plenty of WC s at the venue. There are no showers on site Bike racks There are plenty of bike racks for you to use. You will need to bring your own locks. Please be considerate and obey the requests of staff so that we can maximise the opportunity for as many people who need it. (i.e. no taping off half an acre for our team ) Access to the course couldn t be easier with a pathway under an underpass and the entry into the course area literally the width of that underpass from the course. Bike Wash No bike wash will be available on site. Food and Drink There will be catering available in the event arena serving hot and cold food and refreshments. In addition refreshments will be available at Phoenix Cycleworks as well as Bury Road Filling Station which is easily accessable on foot. On the day parking is available on the course side, but again is limited and will be strictly regulated to maximise parking opportunities for all. If you would prefer something quieter or with better facilities we would recommend reference to this website https://www.pitchup.com where you can find a range of commercial alternatives within easy driving distance. We cannot specifically recommend any site over another, but have been told Kings Forest Park is well recommended and only 6 ½ miles from the venue. Event Camping area
