Saturday, May 5 and Sunday, May 6, 2018 Information Sheet All RDV Ice Den ice skaters are invited to participate in Spring Spectacular. Application forms must be turned in by April 8, 2018. Group numbers are available for skaters of all ages and levels. Solos are available for all skaters who are taking private lessons. Ice Show music selections must be approved by the Show Director. The decisions of the Show Director are final. The entry fee for the ice show is $110, which includes a T-shirt to be worn as part of the costume, and a DVD of the ice show. Skaters in group numbers are required to provide their own plain black pants. Those enrolled in the spring session of Learn to Skate will rehearse during their Learn to Skate session. Learn to Skate skaters will rehearse during the 15 minutes of practice during their Learn to Skate classes. There will be a mandatory rehearsal on Sunday, April 29, 2018, from 9:45am-10:45am, for all Learn to Skate participants. All Freestyle level skaters in group numbers are required to attend Sunday rehearsals. If you have to miss, please inform the coach in charge of the group number. All skaters must attend the Dress Rehearsal on Friday, May 4, 2018. This is a MANDATORY rehearsal for ALL ice show participants. This is a closed rehearsal, spectators are not permitted. Costumes Skaters with solo performances and/or duets are responsible for their own costumes. A separate order form is required for your T-Shirt; price IS included in the registration fee. Skaters in all group numbers are required to provide their own solid black pants. T-shirts will be available in the dressing rooms on the day of dress rehearsal and on the days of the show. The T-Shirt is yours to keep. Please do not bring T-Shirts home with you until after the final performance on Sunday, May 6, 2018. Tickets Tickets to all of our Ice Show performances are required. Ice Show performances are similar to dance recitals and theatrical performances in which all attendees must purchase tickets. Tickets for Saturday, May 5 and Sunday, May 6 are $10.00 each. DRESS REHEARSAL IS CLOSED TO ALL SPECTATORS. Please sign up to volunteer during either Saturday or Sunday. All volunteers will be trained at Friday s dress rehearsal, where attendance is mandatory for all volunteers. DRESS REHEARSAL IS CLOSED TO ALL SPECTATORS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Cast Party There will be a cast party immediately after the Saturday night performance! Participants are invited to join us for DJ Skate, pizza and cake! Cast Photo If you are interested in purchasing a cast photo, please indicate that on the order form. The photo will be taken on Saturday immediately following the show.
