Saturday Night of Illusion Saturday, April 1 Let s celebrate April Fool s Day with the most appropriate entertainment an illusionist. Join Michael Turco and his entourage as they attempt the unnatural and try to convince you that indeed the world is made of magic. Michael first received national exposure by appearing on the hit TV show America s Got Talent in 2011. Prior to that he performed in Atlantic City and before numerous corporate audiences. Following his successful TV appearance on AGT, Michael had a long running Las Vegas magic show and was part of the 2014 Masters of Illusion TV series. This is an awesome show that is perfect for that April Fool s Day crowd. This is one show that will leave you speechless and continuing to ask how did he do that? Friday Night Flights $15,000 What a memorable night this will be! Join the AGMA/ABMA attendees as together we travel to the Palm Springs Air Museum, home to one of the world s largest collections of flyable WWII aircraft. This is the perfect hands on museum since there are no barriers to keep you away from the restored aircraft and the retired pilots who happily share their stories. This is indeed the place for aviation and history fans as it combines the authentic historical artifacts of WWII with the history of flight. In addition to the bus trip, this sponsorship will cover the WWII style entertainment, admission to the museum, including the opportunity to climb inside one of the restored planes. The evening will include a reception, roving dinner, and the AGMA Foundation s Silent Auction.
Wireless Internet Wednesday, March 29 Saturday, April 1 In this digital age it is critical that we all stay connected when we are away from the office. In addition to giving all attendees access to their email, flights, weather, etc. it also allows the group to interact with the Annual Meeting polling questions throughout the meeting. Every time one of the participants logs on, they will thank you for the fast and easy internet access. This year the wireless connection will be extended to Wednesday as well to allow those attending committee meetings to stay connected and conduct business. Welcome Reception You will be the exclusive sponsor of our first full networking event of the Annual Meeting the Welcome Reception, which takes place on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Las Palmas countryside. This is a must attend for all those who come to the meeting. Your sponsorship will include your logo on the napkins, and you may also provide a small company memento for reception attendees. Evening with Karaoke Following the Welcome Reception, all attendees are welcome at the optional Evening with Karaoke. This is an extra networking opportunity, open to all. Over the last several years, this Thursday evening event has grown tremendously and it always attracts the fun bunch, who are not afraid of being embarrassed and welcome the chance just to have FUN. Your sponsorship will support the pub atmosphere and the Karaoke DJ. You can even pick some of the special songs and/or sing a karaoke solo, is so desired. Goody (Swag) Bag The sponsored bag will serve as the meeting bag and include items that the attendees will use during the meeting and afterwards as take home items. The bag will include some of those convenient items that are appreciated when you travel. The bag will be delivered to the attendees and can include additional items from the sponsoring company. This sponsorship gives you flexibility to be creative and possibly include some specialty items. This sponsorship is open for three different companies (one per day) or you can be the exclusive sponsorship for all three days. Triple the exposure and get a discount! Photo Booth Portraits This popular take away has become a favorite of the AGMA/ABMA attendees during the Thursday evening Welcome Reception. This is a casual fun event that works for everyone. You can ham it up with the office or have a cute photo of just the two of you. From there you can tweet them, post on Facebook, Instagram, or Snap (formerly Snapchat) and share with everyone how much fun we are all having at the meeting. This take away will remind you of those photo strips we all took during our childhood when we crammed our friends together in the booth. Padfolio/Pen Be the exclusive sponsor of a letter size padfolio with your company logo. This will be part of registration and include notepaper and a pen, that attendees will find useful both during the 2017 meeting and others that may follow. You could also include a company flyer announcing a new product or current update along with the padfolio.
Key Cards Each and every time you and the other attendees open the door to their hotel room, they will see your company s logo, tag line or product information. These keys will be made by the company who supplies the keys to the resort, but tailored exclusively for the AGMA/ABMA Annual Meeting attendees. Meeting Photographer $2,000 Everyone at the Annual Meeting loves to see the final night slide show with all the fun candid shots. The photographer has been busy snapping photos during sessions, at social events and when you least suspect it. Then those photos are then assembled into a wonderful collage, filled with memories from the 2017 Annual Meeting. This collage will be shown during Saturday s dinner and will highlight your company s logo as the sponsor. General Session Treats $1,500 ; ; and Saturday, April 1 Instead of the generic mints on the tables during general session, your company can have special candy with your logo for all to enjoy. Not only does this help with the munchies during the sessions, but it offers take home value as well. Spouse/Guest Hospitality or Saturday, April 1 We are fortunate to share the Annual Meeting experiences with many of the spouses/guests who accompany the attendees. They add significantly to the overall experience. This year we will be adding a cooking demonstration, jewelry making classes and spa treatments to the Hospitality Room. Your company s name and logo will be front and center during their breakfast and also mentioned during the activities. This is an opportunity for two different companies or you can be the exclusive sponsor and select both days. First Timer Reception $2,000 Thursday, April 30 Again the First Timer attendees and their hosts will have their own reception prior to the Welcome Reception. Those first time attendees will be paired with a veteran attendee prior to the meeting. Our first timers are always thankful for this special event since it provides an intimate means of including them as part of the AGMA/ ABMA community. Golf Tournament Lunch $3,000 Provide lunch for all golf tournament participants prior to the annual tournament along with a small personalized giveaway with your company s logo. The golf tournament is always a focal point for the Annual Meeting. Golf Tournament Drink Cart Friday, May 13 The drink cart is a huge part of Friday s Golf Tournament. Your sponsorship will be appreciated each time a player secures a drink or snack from the cart. Cart driver can also wear your company s golf shirt for added exposure. VIP Foursome $3,000 You and two of your co workers, clients or special friends can join Captain Mark Kelly, Following Captain Kelly s presentation on Friday, he has agreed to stay and play in the tournament. Your sponsorship will include a photo of your team with copies for all to share. Golf Balls $2,500 Be the sole sponsor that provides the golf balls for the tournament on Friday March 31. Your logo golf balls will be distributed to all the golfers with some extras for your personal use. Golf Towels Be the sole sponsor providing golf towels for the Friday tournament. This is a great take home item for golfers and will definitely to be used again and again during other rounds at home. Golf Tournament Flags 1st - 9th holes - $1,000 10th - 18th holes - $1,000 The Omni Rancho Las Palmas Course will fly the flags with your company s logo waving proudly during the AGMA/ABMA Golf Tournament.
