This year s KPMC will take place in Buan County, where the founder of Korean Baduk Cho Nam-cheol 9p, was born and spent his childhood. The Korea Amateur Baduk Association (KABA) is planning to organize a number of side events in order to maximize participants enjoyment and satisfaction. Accommodation TBA 10. Official expenses for representative players and guest officials Below is a list of expenses which will be paid by KABA. 1) Accommodation and meals - September 3 rd 9 th Participants who wish to stay longer than the period are required to pay all extra
costs. In this case, you must inform us about your plan (visiting places & purpose), place to stay (hotel name and address), and emergency contact during the extended period. Participants will share a hotel room with another player. If you are a vegetarian or wish to require special diets, please make a detailed description in your registration form. 2) Transportation Flight - A round-trip flight ticket (Economy class) to Incheon International Airport will be purchased by KABA. Please note that KABA will cover 50% of the full airfare. Bus Participants will move to BuanIncheon together by bus on Day 1 and Day 6. It takes approximately 3.5 hours. 11. Requests 1) Each association can select representative players according to their rules. All associations and federations that hold the Korean Ambassador s Cup should choose the winner of the competition as the representative player. 2) If participants need a visa, please check required documents in the Korean embassy and let us know the documents no later than 20 June. 12. Registration 1) A filled-up entry form 2) An electronic identification photo (e.g. jpeg, in colors, size 3 4cm) 3) A copy of passport (the page with your personal details) Please send us ( kaba@kbaduk.or.kr) necessary documents no later than 30 June. Players must specify which country to represent. Individual participation fee (not for representative players and guest officials) is
