GENERAL INFORMATION Stadium Seating capacity 8,200 Wheelchair accessibility and viewing is available on both sides Playing Surface REALGRASSTM Matrix is one of the most advanced turfs available. The unique design configuration provides the best possible traction with excellent light deflection under stadium lights. There is good drainage on the field and it provides an outstanding playing surface in all conditions. Dressing Rooms Large dressing rooms on both the Home and Visitor sides 70 locker spaces in each dressing room Each dressing room has a taping area Ticket Information For ticket information call: 512.464.5482 One ticket booth and entry gate is located on each side of the stadium Home fans use entry gates on west side of stadium (press box side) Visitors enter on the east side of the stadium Restrooms Restrooms are located at the end of the bleachers on both the home and visitor side Concession Stands Concession stands are located on each side of the stadium Parking Parking is located on the west side (Home) of the stadium. There is an auxiliary lot west of the stadium parking lot located on Dragon Drive. There are secure lots for bus parking: Visitor team/band buses are directed to park in the secured area behind the east side stands.
STADIUM POLICIES Dressing Rooms Will open 2 ½ hours before game time RRISD does not provide towels RRISD is not responsible for any articles left in the dressing rooms before, during or after the game Ticket Booths & Gates Will open 1 hour prior to game time (1 ½ hrs. for play-off games) Ticket sales will be cash only No refunds no exchanges No in/out privileges. Re-entry requires the purchase of a new ticket. The following items will not be permitted in the stadium: Outside Food/Drink Backpacks Painted Paper Signs Alcoholic Beverages Animals Balls of any type Controlled Substances Skateboards Noisemakers Tobacco Frisbees Weapons Whistles Playing Field Any person not included in team personnel will not be allowed on the field without prior approval Spirit lines may consist of uniformed groups only Tobacco, chewing gum, sunflower seeds and peanuts are prohibited No glass bottles or colored liquids allowed on playing field No food No live mascots No cannons, noisemakers or confetti Props that will mark and/or cut field surface will not be allowed No long metal spikes or cleats No paper signs with water based paint Spectators are not allowed on the field before or after the game
STADIUM POLICIES (continued) Bleachers Absolutely no climbing over, standing or sitting on rails NO PAINTED PAPER SIGNS ALLOWED. No signage of any kind may be taped to the stadium. Spirit signs made of vinyl may be tied to the stadium railing. Movement Between Bleachers Visiting bands will move equipment to home side via the south end of playing field No student spectators are allowed to move from one side of the stadium to the other Parents of band students will be allowed to move from the visitor side to the home side prior to half time via the south end of the stadium Round Rock ISD reserves the right to assign seating to all fans Press Box Home side press box is 2 levels, approx. 1,000 sq. ft. First floor equipped with radio room, press room, scoreboard control room, announcer booth and refreshment area. Second floor has a radio/tv room, film deck and home coaches booth Visitor side press box is 1 level. Visiting coaches booth seats 6.
POST-SEASON FACILITY USE Rental Information Stadium rental for UIL play-off games is negotiable depending on anticipated crowd. Round Rock ISD provides: Tickets for sale at the gate Security Officers Stadium Staff (includes all gate personnel, clock operator, announcer, stadium manager, field preparation, maintenance crew, lights and clean-up) Dressing rooms for each team Payment for all game expenses and provides a financial report within 10 business days following event Competing Schools must: Secure all game officials Provide rosters at least 3 days in advance of the contest Provide programs and program sellers, if applicable Provide RRISD athletic office with a copy of pre-game tickets and the pre-game sales report Provide RRISD athletic office with a copy of all passes to be honored Sign and return stadium use contract
