Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Status Update (as of Dec. 2017) In September 2015, the City Council adopted the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan as an amendment to the City s Comprehensive Plan (2013). The Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan will guide decisions related to bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and design, safety, access, and more. It includes a list of potential bicycle and pedestrian projects that the City will consider over time. This document provides a status update on the near term projects (0-5 years) listed in the plan and highlights accomplishments in 2017. The following tables are taken directly from the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan as adopted in 2015. Note that some sidewalk locations/facility types may have changed since the adoption of the plan as a result of additional field work/public process/design.
