A release form is a legal document, and MUST be signed by a parent or legal guardian for riders under age 18. Trainers cannot legally sign for a parent! Please go to our website, hiddenlakefarm.net and print the release form and make sure a parent signs for EACH minor child! Release forms are good for the entire year in which they are signed. 1. We offer an early entry fee of $20 per class if we receive your entries by 10pm Wednesday prior to each show, so that we can plan the show around you with the appropriate combination of rings, jumps, judges, equipment, and personnel. After 10pm every Wednesday prior to each show the late entry fee of $25 per class will apply to all e-mail entries and at the desk on show days. For the reduced fee, REGISTER EARLY! You will save money as well as help us create a better show for you. A $20 awards fee per show and $5 paramedic fee per show day will be required for each horse/rider combination participating at each of the four shows. There is no awards fee for just the warm-up class. 2. Warm-up classes will be kept open until the end of the appropriate division. 3. Half chaps and paddock boots are acceptable. Traditional show attire is encouraged, but colorful saddle pads, mane and tail decorations, and other festive holiday touches are welcome. Warm clothes are suggested on cold days. 4.
