As I'm sure you're aware, we'd rather have the judges than the money, so the tournament will run properly. TAB ROOM: Tab room results will be open only to coaches. When preliminary results have been calculated, they will be placed on the front table, just inside the tab room. When the last round of finals begins, we will close the tab room, so we can get to awards assembly quickly and efficiently. CONCESSIONS: A lounge for coaches, judges, and bus drivers will be located in the room 111. Friday, debaters will be served in room 111. Saturday, a concession stand for students will be in the cafeteria concession area. SPEAKING OF COURTESY: Our campus has been designated as Smoke-Free. No smoking (or tobacco) is allowed by students or adults. Please instruct your students to leave their musical instruments at home, and to be as polite and quiet in buildings as possible. We also ask you to remind them not to sit on the tables in the cafeteria or to take chairs out of the cafeteria.
