As the wrld s largest livestck shw and rde, the largest fair in Nrth America and the site f 20 cncerts frm tp-flight entertainers each year, the Shw attracted ver 2.48 millin spectatrs in 2015. A Sectin 501(c)(3) charity, this rganizatin has cmmitted apprximately $375 millin in yuth and educatinal supprt t Texas students since it began in 1932. The Shw is backed by mre than 32,000 vlunteers serving n ver 100 different cmmittees. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE PRICING Pricing fr all gds/services must be very specific, all inclusive and firm. All administrative fees, shipping, expedited delivery csts, labr, etc. must be included in the qute. All transprtatin, freight, drayage and ther charges are t be listed as a separate line item. Based n yur line item bid price fr shipping n the Price Sheet, the Shw may require that prduct shipments are t be dne via Federal Express r UPS, using the Shw s existing accunt. Mrever, all design wrk, prduct set-up, prductin, repair wrk, etc. must be dne accrding t the Shw s schedule, which may include weekends, nights and early mrnings, at n additinal cst t the Shw. The Shw will pay nly fr gds/services stated n the Price Sheet unless therwise agreed t in writing by bth parties befre the rder is placed r wrk is started. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The vendr acknwledges that the names, lgs, cpyrighted material and trademarks f the Shw are the sle and exclusive prperty f the Shw (the Shw Marks ) and nthing herein shall prvide the vendr any right, title r interest in the Shw Marks.
