ZA+ Peace Country 2018 Clinic/Show Package From the Short Stirrup and Beginner Riders to the Youth Riders to the Non-Pro and Open Riders Have Fun and Ride the Slide!!

THE 2018 RAPC YEAR IS ABOUT TO BEGIN, ARE YOU READY TO SLIDE? NEWS NEWS NEWS 2018 is going to be a very exciting upcoming year!! This year the Provincial Challenge Competition is returning, whereby our top 3 2018 qualifiers in specific classes attend the Summer Classic in Red Deer. This allows everyone all winter to continue improving their skills, and ultimately preparing to win the highly sought after Buckle. Yes that s correct, every Provincial Challenge class champion will be awarded a buckle! Further details will be forthcoming so watch the Reining Alberta website and facebook page for further information. This year we will be offering two double header shows in August and September as well as clinic/show combos in May and June. The LONGEST SLIDE, SPIN Challenge and LEAD CHANGE Challenge classes are also returning to add some excitement to our shows! We are continuing to include a LEAD LINE Class for our little ones to get started, along with the SHORT STIRRUP Class. The FREESTYLE Class incorporates specific maneuvers into their own pattern but the lead change is optional (this year freestyle will be a jackpot class offered at our August show only). Continuing this year is WALK/TROT class for the young horses or inexperienced riders of any age as well as the COWBOY CHALLENGE class to change things up just a bit. We have also added new RANCH PLEASURE and COMMAND jackpot classes this year to keep things interesting. Overall, there are classes for pretty much everyone! 2018 RAPC BIGGER & BETTER PRIZES Last year prizes were great and again with the partnership of REINING ALBERTA, the Peace Branch can once again offer great prizes this year, including blankets, back on track products, show sheets and many other great prizes! NEW THIS YEAR, thanks to generous sponsorship from BR RANCH Blaine and Barb Reinders, we will be featuring beautiful silver show headstalls as high point prizes for most of our classes!!! Hopefully this will encourage everyone to try to attend as many shows as possible this season! If you are interested in being a partner in an association that encourages volunteer activity, leadership and youth involvement, please email reiningalbertapeacecountry@gmail.com or contact Darleen Budal at 780-836-2788 to receive a marketing package! RULES AND ELIGIBLITY It is the riders responsibility to know which classes they are eligible for, if you have any questions please ask the show secretary or email reiningalbertapeacecountry@gmail.com.
