4-H Re-Enrollment Opens September 1 3 It s hard to believe it s already time to re-enroll in 4-H. Clarke County 4-H is once again implementing the same incentive program as last year. Families will stop receiving newsletters next month until they are reenrolled. Returning 4-Hers who re-enroll in 4-H online and pay their enrollment fee between September 1 and November 5 will only pay a $10 enrollment fee per 4-Her. Those who enroll between November 6 and January 28 will pay an enrollment fee of $20 per 4-Her. Those who enroll after January 29 will be responsible for paying the full $30 enrollment fee. Also keep in mind, there is no cost for Clover Kids (K-3rd grades). Make sure all clover kids select either Murray Clover Kids or Osceola Clover Kids as their primary 4-H club. Then if they wish to attend another club please select that as the secondary club. If you select another club as primary the clover kid will be charged an enrollment fee. Instead of coming into the office to pay enrollment fees you can now pay online in 4-H Online! There is no added fee to pay online. Families are still welcome to come into the office and pay enrollment fees via check or cash. All enrollment information will be completed in 4-H online including payment. Remember, once you have completed your information in 4-H online, it will say pending until you pay your fee. With the gracious donation of the Extension Council, families have a great opportunity to enjoy a break in the enrollment fee. Please make sure to write the Extension Council a thank you letter! 4-H online has been such a great process to use because it saves your information from year to year. Please remember to review ALL your information. In some situations your phone number, address or medical information may have changed. I have no way of knowing this unless you update all these details. Also make sure to check t-shirt sizes. This is where we pull what size the 4-her wears for county fair t-shirts. If you do not have access to the internet you are welcome to come into the Extension office to complete this process. We are open Monday Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I have attached a help sheet to walk you through the process. 3
