Judo players must present card at registration. Registration for USA Judo will be available on site. TWO Ways to Weigh-in/ Register: 1. On-site weigh-in Friday August 31 at Brooks Collegiate Academy. 4802 Vance Jackson Rd San Antonio 6:00-8:30pm You can pre-register if post marked by August 20 OR Register and weigh at Brooks Academy as explained above. OR 2. Satellite Weigh-in This means that Coaches who register with Universal Judo as Satellite Weigh-in sites can email the name, age and weight of each PRE-REGISTERED athlete to Jim Hrbek at judolym@aol.com BEFORE 3:30pm Friday August 31. ALL Weigh-ins MUST be in KG, NOT in pounds. Satellite Weigh-in is NOT available for Elite Senior divisions. Elite Seniors Must Weigh in on Friday August 31 Entry Fee: Pre-register is $55.00 - postmark before August 21. Extra divisions are $35. After August 20, including walk-up on August 31, entry fee is $75.00 per division. Registrations close Fri Aug 31, 8:30pm You MAY still enter extra divisions for fee of only $35 each. Competitors are required to bring their own white and blue belts. All competitors must have at least a white uniform. A blue uniform is NOT necessary. A match between two competitors in blue will not be permitted. Female entrants MUST have white t-shirt. Method of Competition: Full double elimination for all divisions except Senior Elite. Senior Elite divisions, which will be modified double elimination. Tournament Director may adjust weight categories if necessary for safety. Match Duration: All Jrs, Sr non-elite and Masters 3 minutes. Senior Elite Women and Men - 4 minutes. Awards: For 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category. Coaches and Spectators: All Coaches who have competing athletes admitted free. Spectators are $4/ person age 6 and up. Fjve and under are free.
