The hours will be 8am 4pm daily. Picture order forms were sent home on 3/24/15. Sudlow students have the opportunity to become a part of Sudlow History by having their picture turned into a caricature by cartoonist Bill Douglas. The permission slip is attached above, and the cost is $2.00. All permission slips and money must be turned into Mrs. Lopez by Friday, April 3 rd. The Davenport Central High School Blue Illusion Dance Team will be holding practice on Sunday, March 29 th, and tryouts on Monday, March 30 th. Track Practice: Monday Friday from 3:45 to 5:00 sharp Wednesday 2:45 4:00 American Studies 8 th Grade One of the neat activities we do for our curriculum is a simulation at the JA Learning Center called Finance Park. We will be going on April 9 th and 10 th Half of the 8 th graders will go one day, and the remainder the next. We need help from parents to help supervise and guide the students through the simulation of making their own personal budget based on a scenario they will be given the day of the activity. If anyone is interested in volunteering, or has more questions, please contact Jamie Kreuger or Andria Finney at kreugerj@davenportschools.org or kinneya@davenportschools.org. There is a training for the volunteers so there is no stress. SWS is selling popcorn tickets Wednesdays at lunch, and Friday mornings at breakfast. Popcorn is.50 cents and will be delivered during 7 th period on Fridays. Beginning in April, we will be offering mix ins, such as m&m s. Plan of Attack The DCSD Intermediate Large Group Band Festival Saturday, March 28, 2015. 8:30 10:25 Below are the performance times for all of the Sudlow Bands and Orchestra. The 7 th grade band needs to be at Davenport West High School at 8:30AM in the West Rehearsal Room. The 8 th Grade Band needs to be there at 9:30AM. Enter the building from the WEST doors (Music wing entrance) and come to the WEST Rehearsal Room. It will be well marked. We wear our penguin outfits for this event.
