A stone s throw from the River Thames and situated just outside the congestion charge zone, our venue surprises all with its proximity to the City. With a dedicated team of event co-ordinators, you will be looked after by one team member from the point of enquiry right through to the morning of your event; at which point our experienced operational team will take over to ensure that your event runs impeccably. L A R G E S P A C E S O V E R 2 5 0 s q m ASHES SUITE JARDINE SUITE ENGLAND SUITE The Ashes Suite, named after the famous and ancient cricket series between England and Australia, is located on the first floor. The space can accommodate 500 guests informally, up to 420 dining or 380 theatre style. With a wall of windows overlooking the pitch, the room features an abundance of natural daylight. The Jardine Suite is the Kia Oval s ultimate blank canvas room. Situated on the ground floor of the OCS stand, the room features a large central area flanked by two large wings, and is perfect for exhibitions. The blank walls, high ceilings and industrial theme ensure a unique event. There is direct access from the car park and OCS reception, and vehicular access to the space means setting up for events or displaying larger items is never an issue. The England Suite, is the largest purpose-built conference room at the Kia Oval. Capable of accommodating up to 650 guests theatre style, or 510 for a dinner, this second floor suite is one of the most versatile spaces at the Kia Oval. Doors lead directly onto the Club-Level balcony overlooking the pitch, and a wall of windows ensures natural daylight floods the room.
M E D I U M S P A C E S O V E R 1 0 0 s q m LONG ROOM INDIA ROOM PAKISTAN ROOM The Long Room is the most historic room within the Members Pavilion. Built in 1898, the room is steeped in history, with portraits of the Surrey greats adorning the walls. The huge windows and high ceiling allow for plenty of natural daylight and the doors lead out directly to the side of the pitch, perfect for an impressive dinner. The India Suite, located on the second floor of the OCS Stand, can accommodate up to 200 delegates informally, 150 guests theatre style, or up to 112 cabaret. There is a large private covered terrace with a bar, which makes the room perfect for summer conferences with an al fresco lunch or perhaps a post-conference Pimm's whilst watching the cricket? The Pakistan Suite is located on the first floor and features outstanding views of the famous Oval wicket. The maximum capacity for an informal event is 140, whilst the room can hold 80 in a theatre or dining capacity. With the pitch views comes plenty of natural daylight.
I N I T M A T E S P A C E S U N D E R 1 0 0 s q m EXECUTIVE BOXES COMMITTEE ROOM DEBENTURE LOUNGE There are over 25 Executive Boxes at the Kia Oval, each of which can accommodate up to 30 guests. These suites, are perfect for smaller board meetings, interview rooms or staff offices for larger events. All of the boxes include a plasma screen for presentations and have access to individual balconies with seats overlooking the pitch. The Committee Room is the inner sanctum of the Kia Oval. This elegant room can accommodate up to 28 guests, boardroom style. Hosting royalty, politicians and celebrities on major matchdays, the Committee Room is the perfect space for your high-level boardroom meeting or dinner. The Debenture Lounge, on the first floor of the OCS Stand, features a very large private terrace. Both the indoor and outdoor areas overlook the Kia Oval pitch, and the outside area is covered, making this suite perfect for a smaller teambuilding or BBQ event.
O U T D O O R S P A C E S Cascading down both sides of the OCS stand are 6 fantastic covered terraces, each with access to internal space. The mix of outdoor and indoor space make them perfect for a summer party that goes on into the evening. In addition to these terraces our crowning glory is the Corinthian Roof Terrace which is situated on the 4th Floor of the OCS stand and has glorious panoramic views across London.

T E C H N O L O G Y We work closely with our audio-visual team which communicate directly with clients to ensure that every one of the technological requirements are not only met but understood. This does not mean our clients have to use our team, the choice is always available for our clients to utilise an alternative supplier at no additional charge; our AV team will be available for pre-meetings to share best practice and help the incoming AV team navigate our building.
