We had a good number of people and some very good costumes, so keep them coming! FROM THE PRESIDENT S DESK.. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! The holiday season is a time when many residents enjoy visits from family and friends. Many times those visitors are young grandchildren. While we want our young visitors to feel welcome in our park we want to remind their hosts (our residents) that there are several rules that apply to our young guests. The first applies to the use of golf carts within the park. The use of golf carts is limited to those persons properly licensed within their state of residence and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL THE GOLF CART OPERATOR BE UNDER THE AGE OF 16. A golf cart is not a toy. It is a vehicle capable Our winners were: Third Place - Polly Aubry Second Place - Pat Holland First Place - Irene & Chuck Gassek I would like to thank everyone who judged, baked, served, collected money, and provided all the photographs. Without everyone's help, our party could not be successful. Thanks to everyone! BOCCE BALL Linda Ellis Bocce ball has been postponed until Dec 14th. The courts are not ready. Lou Galea needs volunteers to help with the courts.

Lily Pad, page 2 EUCHRE PLAYERS Euchre players will meet every Tuesday at 7:00pm in the Clubhouse. Any questions, contact Bob or Shirley Scott at 765-404-6171. TEXAS HOLDEM POKER Texas Holdem Poker will be held on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 9:00 in the Clubhouse. Come and join us. Both men and women are welcome. Questions, contact Marilyn Deal at 635-6400. CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR LAWN CREW Please consider Christmas donations for our wonderful lawn crew. You can give your donations to Kim at the POA office or we will have a collection at the Jack and Jill events. We have been able to give each person at least $100 plus each year. Merry Christmas to all and travel safe! THE CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE If you have not done so already, please stop by the Clubhouse to select an ornament tag with a childs name from the tree. Help make these children's wishes come true. If not for the generosity of the residents of Lily Lake, the children of the Migrant Workers may not receive anything for Christmas. LINE DANCING Nancy Evans is back with us again this year. Lessons are from 10-12am on Fridays for $2.00. One of our dance's is the "Cowboy Charleston" which you could use and imbellish for our dance contest at "The Great Gatsby" not to mention the country dance coming up in February. See you there! Pat Holland LIBRARY NEWS Holiday books and puzzles are out and ready for your enjoyment. Come by and browse the large selection and be sure to look up on top of the bookcases for new complete series. Space is at a premium, so everyone's help is needed to maintain our overstocked library. Stock needs to be limited to the latest editions that are in good condition. A new source was located that will accept the overflow; Linda's Used Books in Sebring. A Lily Lake Resort account is setup with credit given for all books donated. Residents can visit her massive selection at 203 N Ridgewood Drive and pay only 25% of the original cost for books. Happy Holidays and Happy Reading! There are recommendations for gifts on each ornament tag, however, you may purchase whatever you wish. A spending limit of $25-$30 is suggested. On December 11, 2015 wrapped gifts may be dropped off at the Clubhouse between 1-3pm. Wrapped gifts may also be delivered to 451 Par Drive, anytime before the drop off date. In years past, we have had great success in providing presents for all of the children from our tree. Let's continue this tradition. Thank you.
