TOP KARTS Your employees, clients and customers will have a blast racing around Rye House Kart Raceway s challenging 1km circuit in a new quarter million pound fleet of 320cc, petrol powered, Le Mans twin engine racing kart, the best available in the UK. Suits, helmets and gloves are provided for all visitors. SAFETY FIRST Safety is of the utmost priority to us and we hold full public liability insurance and a full health and safety policy accompanied by risk assessments. All drivers are required to abide by the following driving code: Drivers must be over 1.53m (5ft) in height Hair must be tied and tucked into the helmets provided Strict minimum dress code will be race suits and closed in shoes/trainers Drivers under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian with valid photo identification present to sign off on their indemnity form. COMPLETE SERVICE Our staff and race director will assist you throughout your event and will attend to any needs and requirements you may have. Their job is to ensure that your time with us not only meets but also exceeds your expectations.
FOLLOW THE ACTION Watch your race on the big screen as the excitement unfolds. Our races are run using state of the art timing equipment and there are lap printouts for all at the post-race presentation. Trophies are reserved for the top three competitors and there is bubbly for the winner. We can arrange exclusive use of the venue, if required, as well as branding throughout our reception, briefing and trackside areas. Trophies can also be engraved with your corporate logo. Other options include: Unique race formats Conferences, meetings and seminars Team building and networking Charity and fundraising events Product launches and exhibitions Prices A full quotation is provided for each specific event however the following can be used as a guide: Grand Prix from 56.95 per person Endurance (2 hour) from 37.99 per person Catering from 10 per person All prices are inclusive of VAT. Team building events Corporate and team building events offering guests the real opportunity to take part in a scaled down version of F1 Grand Prix racing or Le Mans style endurance racing. Trackside Hospitality Whether you are organising a small informal event or a major corporate event, your experience and enjoyment will be greatly enhanced by the hospitality on offer. Hospitality Suite The Hospitality Suite is an important feature of any event. Recently refurbished, our Hospitality Suite is tastefully themed with racing memorabilia, boats ample seating and is large enough to provide a dance floor should music and audio entertainment be required. Conference Facilities We can offer a private, air-conditioned, room for conference groups of up to 30 delegates. This can be set up to your preferred seating specification. The conference suite can be booked without a karting event, if required.
RACE FORMATS AT RYE HOUSE KART RACEWAY GRAND PRIX 60 84.95 per individual driver or 47.47 per shared driver racing in teams of two. The ultimate and most popular event is the Grand Prix F1 style race. This race format focuses on individual or shared drivers in a mini Endurance race. All drivers will race in a Practice and Qualifying Session, with all drivers racing head to head to the finishing line. The drivers with the top three fastest times win trophies with one emerging as the Champion with a celebration bottle of bubbly. Arrival and check in 1 hour prior to the event on track time 15 minutes qualifying practice Grid up and race through to the end of the hour GRAND PRIX 30 56.95 per individual driver Challenge your work colleagues or guests in a Grand Prix style race. This race format focuses on individual drivers with the top three fastest finishers winning trophies and one emerging as Champion. All drivers will race in a Practice and Qualifying Session, with all drivers racing head to head to the finishing line. Arrival and check in 1 hour prior to the event on track time 10 minutes qualifying practice Grid up and race through to the end of the half hour TEAM ENDURANCE RACE From 37.99 per individual driver This format is recommended for corporate networking and team building exercises. Drivers are encouraged to communicate and agree strategy on the best way to achieve the maximum number of laps and fastest times within the allocated race duration. Arrival and check in 1 hour prior to the event on track time Race durations from 1 to 12 hours with drivers grouped into teams
