Rules and Regulations 1. Horse will be permitted to arrive at the Fairgrounds Friday, July 29 between 3 P.M and 8 P.M. Horses arriving Saturday, July 30 may arrive at any time. Horses staying overnight Saturday must by leave the grounds by 9 A.M. on Sunday. 2. Registration will begin Saturday morning at 9 A.M. until the start of the show. 3. Registration for Evening Classes only will begin at 4:30 P.M. 4. Pee Wee will be for riders 5 years of age and younger. 5. Small Fry Classes will be for riders 10 years of age and younger. 6. Youth Classes will be for riders 18 years for age and younger. 7. Jack Benny classes will be for riders 40 years of age and older 8. Show management reserves the right to pay 2nd place payouts on classes with less the 3 entries 9. Helmets are encouraged for all small fry classes. 10. All riders of horses must be physically suited for the mount or be disqualified 11. Decision of the Judge and/or Chairman is final. 12. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES permitted on the grounds. 13. Entries must show during the day to qualify to show in the Championship class
14. The Tri- County Fair Association will not be responsible for injury, theft or property damage. 15. A two-minute gate call will be enforced. Please request tack charges at least two classes ahead. 16. Any horses or ponies that cannot be kept under control will be excused from the ring. 17. No smoking on grounds by order of the Grant County Health Department. 18. Contest exhibitors will not be allowed to run off the gate. The gate must be closed and the horse must have a change of direction before they are allowed to run the pattern. 19. Small fry exhibitors will not be allowed to cross enter into the Youth classes. 20. Youth exhibitors will not be allowed to cross enter in the Adult classes.
