Boys and Girls Individual Competition s Combined Pistol and laser control for girls and boys (relay competition) Awarding Ceremony Culture day Boys and Girls Relay Competition s Swimming Combined Awarding Ceremony Departure of the Delegations RULES The Competition will be carried out according to the UIPM competition rules. Swimming Combined 25m indoor pool (8 lanes) Precision laser (Apeom system) targets- Grass and asphalt running surface. TARGETS APEOM Laser Targets precision is provided by LOC therefore the athletes are required to bring their own laser pistols. Página 1
FIREARMS Please send the number of your firearm in advance to inform the police to the airport. Please remember to do the ZZ and inform to your flight company. ATHLETES LICENSES Athletes are only allowed to participate in UIPM sanctioned events if they are in possession of a valid UIPM issued athletes license. Entry forms will not be accepted if any athlete is missing his/her License Number. Please use the NF portal to create the athletes licenses if they do not yet have one. If an athlete does not have a license they cannot take part in the competition All the participants will stay at Campanile Hotel. The fee listed above is per person per day and includes the following: * Full board accommodation * Transportation (local transport from/to Prat Airport s or railway station at Barcelona) * Entry into the competition Delegations arriving or departing before this dates will pay an additional prize of 25 per person and night. Nations wishing to arrange their own accommodation are required to notify the hosting NF/LOC. This must be noted in Entry Form A. NF wishing to arrange its own accommodation must pay an Accreditation Fee per participant (athlete, coach or official) 50 Euros per day, minimum 4 days. The Accreditation Fee must be paid by bank transfer with the Final Entry Form. Delegations are required to send by bank transfer of 30% minimum of the total amount of your stay before June 28, 2014. Otherwise, the reservation will not be guaranteed. After receiving the Final Entry Form and deposit (non-refundable) we will send to each delegation an invoice with the total cost of stay for your team, this to be paid by transfer before 14 July or by cash at the accreditation desk on arrival. TRANSPORTATION PLAN The prices includes local transport from the PRAT airport to the official hotel and the return journey will be provided by LOC. Transportation between the competition venues will be provided by LOC if it s necessary. INSURANCE All members of the attending Delegations must insure themselves in case of accidental injury or illness. The organiser will not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for loss, injury or illness of any Delegation member. VISAS AND VACCINATIONS: Important information, please read it! Some nations in the world require a visa to visit Spain Visiting nations should confirm visa and vaccination requirements for entry into Spain prior travelling to the event. The LOC cannot accept responsibility for arranging visas but can provide specific letters of invitation if needed.
