Tuesday night starts off with the STL Cardinals taking on the Chicago Cubs at Busch Stadium. MMHA has reserved two suites to watch the game. Seats are limited and will be reserved on a firstcome basis. You must be registered for the 2016 Convention to attend. Beverages and food will be provided at the game. See for yourself at Gateway National. Industry Speaker Scott Stroud has been involved in the business of marketing, designing, selling and building homes for nearly 40 years. He began framing houses in 1974 and went on to become VP of Marketing and Sales for a large housing producer. He is active in the Building Systems Council of the NAHB, and has been a regular speaker at the annual International Builders Show and the Modular Housing Institute s Congress & Expo among others. A major focus today is in the use of technology as a marketing and sales tool to better attract, capture and convert leads, particularly online, into the sales funnel. Scott has faced first hand many of the issues that builders face today, making him well suited for his role as a marketing and sales counselor, coach, advisor and trainer. The convention committee & MMHA staff have worked hard to put together a great convention.
