5.- PARTICIPATION: FEDERACIÓ CATALANA D ACTIVITATS SUBAQUÀTIQUES Can participate: - All swimmers from catalan clubs. - All swimmers from non catalan clubs due to open category of competition. They will be considerates NON catalan swimmers. - Open: all non catalan FEDAS swimmers must have FEDAS licence. (cannot be Catalan Champs) - Open: all non FEDAS swimmers must have CMAS licence de club FEDAS. (cannot be Catalan Champs) JÚNIOR-SÉNIOR (born in 2002 or before): Saturday afternoon INFANTIL-CADETE (born between 2003 and 2008) Sunday morning Each clubs can only present one athletefor each distance / sex / category. In the same way, they will only be able to present a relay team for each category and sex. Each athlete can swim a maximum of 2 individual distances plus the reliefs. Each club can present a substitute athlete for each category and gender in order to cover the fault of an athlete after the registration. This substitute must appear in the inscriptions. During the competition, only the athlete or the substitute may participate. In no case both. CATALAN AND SPANISH CLUBS: According to current regulations, each swimmer must be in possession of his / her own federation license and each delegate of team and referee technician licence. NON SPANISH CLUBS: According to current regulations, each swimmer must be in possession of CMAS license and each delegate of team and referee technician licence. All swimmers must compete with monofin or bifins 6.-WARM UP: Warm up session will end 5 minutes before competicion beginning Warm of each team will take place in the lanes previously assigned and in the time determined by the Organization 7.- PRE-START AREA: The swimmers must stay in the PRE-START chamber 5 minutes before their competition to perform the inspection of material 8.- CATEGORIES: Four age groups will be allowed: o Sènior, born in 2000 or before, compete on Saturday afternoon o Junior, born in 2001 or 2002, compete on Saturday afternoon o Cadete, born in 2003 or 2004, compete on Sunday morning o Infantil, born in 2005 or later, compete on Sunday morning Swimmers will swim the entire championship in the same category, both individual and relay competitions
9.- COMPETITION SISTEM: Against the clock series, according to registration time. Swimmers can be inscribed without time 10.- COMPETITION SISTEM: The development of the competition and the material will be controlled by the Catalan Technical Committee of Arbitrators according to FEDAS / CMAS regulations. 11.- COMPETITION COMMITEE: A Competition Committee will be selected and it will consist of: - Delegate of FECDAS - Delegate of the Organizing Committee - The Chief Judge. - A delegate from each participating club 11.- CLASSIFICATION: The only registered athlete of each club, distance, sex and category will score according the following classification: 1º.- 25 points 11º.- 10 points 2º.- 22 12º.- 9 3º.- 20 13º.- 8 4º.- 18 14º.- 7 5º.- 16 15º.- 6 6º.- 15 16º.- 5 7º.- 14 17º.- 4 8º.- 13 18º.- 3 9º.- 12 19º.- 2 10º.- 11 20º.- 1 In the relay will only score the first team of each club. In the case of "exequo" positions, same time in different series, both swimmers will get the same position and the same points. The points in the next position are lost. Double score will be obtained in the case of obtaining Catalan Record. (only for catalan s club swimmers) Individual classification: obtained ones according to the classification of each competition For Clubs: those obtained by the joint sum of points obtained but all athletes of each club. 11.- AWARDS: Trophies: Catalonia Championship: the three first Catalan clubs will receive the trophy, by total score Open Championship: the first three clubs will receive the trophy, by total score
15.- SUBSIDIES: FEDERACIÓ CATALANA D ACTIVITATS SUBAQUÀTIQUES Organization expenses (installation, awards, memories...) are carried out by the Catalan Federation of Subaquatic Activities. 16.- PROVISION OF CHARGES BY IMMERSION: The organization will facilitate the loading of the bottles at a pressure of 200 Atm. No equipment charge of bottles out of contrast. No equipment charge during competitions. 17.- CLAIMS: Claims must be written and submitted to the Competition Committee, subject to a 100 deposit, by the team delegate, in a time not exceeding 15 minutes after the event to complain. If the claim is favorable, the deposit will be returned to the claimant club; otherwise it will remain in possession of FECDAS. The complaining delegate and possible people affected by the claim will not take part in either meeting or voting session of the Competition Committee. 18.- REGISTRATION: The clubs will have to send the inscriptions, according to the FECDAS registration protocol before February 02 nd 2018 to the following address: arbitres@fecdas.cat From that date there will admitted any change. Non-presentation in a competition will imply the impossibility of participation in the rest of the session (neither individual nor relays). 19.- OBSERVATIONS: The organization reserves the right to alter, by justified causes, the order of scheduled competition. For all that does not appear in this regulation, the Catalan regulation of FECDAS will serve as reference. Clubs that are federated with FEDAS will not need to have a CMAS license
