THE SILVER SIGNAL www.lonestartreasure.com October 2008 1 Lone Star Club Executive Officers Robert Jordan Rusty Curry Ivan Santos Rechey Davidson President Vice-President Secretary Treasurer President s Corner by: Robert Jordan Hello to all. Hope you are enjoying the cooler weather. A little rain would help to loosen the soil. Let s hope the weather holds out for the Hunt. We have a great speaker lined up for the meeting. I am sure you will enjoy. We are always looking for a guest speaker if you can help. Several members went on a road trip with Keith to Mansfield, Louisiana. It was a lot of driving for one day, yet loads of fun. I finally have something to put on the relic board. The 34 th Annual Open Hunt grows near. October 18 will be here quickly. We are hot and heavy finalizing the details. I can not believe how many detectors are up for grabs. Please do not forget the DONATIONS. A cake with a prize, token prize, and silver for the fund raiser treasure chest are all in need. See you at the meeting. Remember, leave the deep ones for me!
