We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion of metal detecting as a hobby. No brand or model of metal detector is endorsed by the club. Membership is open to the public with the only requirement being that all members follow the Treasure Hunters Code of Ethics. Club dues are $25.00 per family yearly. Any comments or stories that you would like to contribute to your newsletter are always welcome. CLUB MEETINGS: First Friday of each month. Mr. and Mrs. Christiansen from Bristow came to the meeting and received the ring her husband had lost at the fairgrounds the previous week. A hunter, Gary Doss, found the ring during the Main Hunt. The Christiansen s donated $60 to the club general fund, which was very appreciated. The club treasurer gave the balances for the different accounts after the National Hunt. The numbers of entries in each hunt were given. President Gary spoke about the National Hunt and how well everyone who attended spoke of it. New business discussed was when the next club hunt would be and where it would be held. This is to be decided at a later board meeting. Raffle was held for prize donations. Break called at 8:25 pm Meeting called back to order at 8:40 pm Other drawings were held with many different winners. Prizes were given for the Pro and Amateur divisions. Chuck Marcum was awarded the Golden Eagle for his Texas Martingale. Meeting was adjourned at 8:55. Next meeting Friday, June 1, 2012. Tim Dearman Secretary

3 THREE FORKS SUMMER CLUB HUNT JULY 21st AT THE COFFEY S BLUEBERRY FARM IN OKAY. The Night Hunt Entry Fee is $25.00 up through July 6th. There is also a mandatory Prize Donation worth at least $10.00. Children 12 and under can hunt for half price and waive the donation. You can pay in Silver up until the time of the Hunt. Silver entry fees will be 10 Silver Dimes. Plus the $10.00 Prize Donation for the Night Hunt. There will be painted pennies as targets in the Night Hunt redeemable for silver dimes. Any dimes not given out at the Hunt will be drawn for and given to hunt participants who are in attendance at the August club meeting. Our club will be furnishing the hamburgers and hotdogs.
