You will not be able to enroll until after October 1st. If you have any questions about this please contact the Extension office. Don t forget your participation form is now online. Please be sure to take time to complete this as well. Your leaders will have informational brochures available to be of assistance for the online process. National 4-H Week October 7th-14th is celebrated as 4-H week across the nation. This is a great time to shine as a 4Her. Take the time to display the accomplishments and knowledge you have gained through your membership in 4-H. Go out into the community and promote Haskell County 4-H!!!! The Haskell County 4-H Achievement Banquet will be held on Saturday, November 10th at 5:30 p.m. at the Haskell County Commercial Building. 4Hers will be awarded for their accomplishments throughout the whole 4-H year. 4-H families, leaders, volunteers, and extended family are invited to attend. A meal will be provided. Please contact your club leaders if you are willing to help provide what was assigned to your club. Please remember this is a banquet and dress should be your Sunday best. 4-H County-wide Project Leaders Do YOU have an interest or knowledge base in a particular project? Do YOU want to become more involved in your child s learning and help other 4-Hers in the process? Haskell County 4-H is in desperate need of countywide project leaders! Many project areas thrive under the leadership of an adult volunteer and/or teen leader. 4-H ers enrolled in projects that do not have a project leader are left to self-teach and self-study that topic. Please consider serving in this vitally important roll. Anyone wishing to do so must contact the Extension office to become VIP certified before holding project meetings.
