No such hearing held/ sitting was heard by Anti-Doping Appeal Panel during the month of September, 2018.
Interaction meeting with Panel Members held on 7 th September, 2018 Interaction meeting with members of Anti Doping Disciplinary and Anti Doping Appeal Panel was organized by NADA on September 7, 2018 in New Delhi. The purpose of the meeting was to have interaction with panel members and to discuss issues relating to pendency of dope positive cases. Sh. Navin Agarwal, DG, NADA officials along with 6 panel members attended the meeting. Training program for Independent Observer (IO) held on September 7, 2018 One day interaction cum training program was organized by NADA on September 7, 2018 in New Delhi. IO program has been introduced by NADA with the aim of effective observation and evaluation of the working of Doping Control Officers (DCOs) and also to provide a system of evaluation to assess whether or not procedures conform to the existing documented standards and rules. A total of 14 experts having vast experience in sports fields/administration attended the IO program. Sh. Train the Trainer Program To strengthen the anti doping awareness cum education program, a one day train the trainer session was organized by NADA on 12.09.2018 at New Delhi.
