Wang Jing & Co. Cup Golf Warm-up Session (on contestants own account) a. The cost is RMB900.00, including buffet lunch, green fee, caddie fee and locker fee, and should be paid at the time of registration (the tips to caddie and personal consumption are on contestants account). b. At 0900hrs in China Hong Kong City, Hong Kong, A ferry will sail to Nansha, Guangzhou, and the estimated time of arrival is about 1015hrs. At 1020hrs in Nansha terminal, the bus arranged by the golf club will take you to the club (the trip is about 5 minutes). The domestic contestants may go to the club by themselves, or wait at the lobby of Ramada Pearl Hotel Guangzhou before 1015hrs where Wang Jing & Co. will provide transport to the domestic contestants to the club at 1015hrs.. 2. Wang Jing & Co. Cup Golf Tournament (on contestants own account) a. The cost is RMB700.00, including buffet lunch, green fee, caddie fee and locker fee, and should be paid at the time of registration (the tips to caddie and personal consumption are on contestants account). b. At 0915hrs on 20 th November in Ramada Pearl Hotel Guangzhou, the host will arrange bus to take the contestants to the International Golf Club; at 0930hrs in Guangzhou Train East Station, the host will arrange bus to take those contestants
who arrive at Guangzhou by taking the train No. T812 from Hong Kong to Guangzhou to the club. The domestic contestants may go to the club by themselves. After the golf tournament is closed, the host will arrange bus to take contestants to Ramada Pearl Hotel Guangzhou or Grand Hyatt Guangzhou (the last train No.T811 from Guangzhou to Hong Kong will depart at 2132hrs). The contestants from Hong Kong will be notified of the detailed arrangement before 16 th November. 3.
