THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (DISTRICT OF WARWICK) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS, ON-STREET PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS PARKING) (VARIATION NO 2, A & B) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2017 Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following named orders: 1 The Warwickshire County Council (District of Warwick) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions, On-Street Places and Residents Parking) (Variation No.2) 2 The Warwickshire County Council (District of Warwick) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions, On-Street Places and Residents Parking) (Variation A) 3 The Warwickshire County Council (District of Warwick) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions, On-Street Places and Residents Parking) (Variation B) under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to vary the existing Warwickshire County Council (District of Warwick) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions, On-Street Parking Places And Residents Parking) 2017, as described (by approximate measurements) in the Schedules below. Exceptions to any waiting restrictions described in the Schedule below will permit waiting for the purposes of picking up and setting down passengers, loading and unloading goods, for vehicles displaying a disabled person's badge and in connection with the maintenance of the road and the supply of gas, water or electricity. A copy of the proposed Orders, together with a copy of an order to be varied, plans showing the lengths of roads affected and a statement of the Council s reasons for proposing to make the orders may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, at Warwick District Council, Riverside House, Warwick and at the Public Library, Warwick, Shire Hall, Warwick during usual opening hours.
