Golf Nazionale is part of the Italian Golf Federation Technical Center and it is located in the province of Viterbo, just 30 minutes from the center of Rome. The distance from Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino International Airport and Rome Termini Train Station is only 45 minutes drive.

LOCKER ROOMS Locker Rooms are available for players. Keys can be found at the Desk in the Locker rooms. During the competition days, locker rooms open one hour before the first starting time and close at 8.00 p.m.; on the other days from 8.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. GOLF BAG TAG AND NUMBER It must be visibly placed on the golf bag. DRESS CODE A proper dress code is expected at all times both on the course and in the Club House. Denim pants, no collar shirts, tracksuits are not permitted. BAG STORAGE During the competition days the Caddy Master opens one hour before the first starting time and closes at 8.00 p.m.; on other days it opens from 8.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. MEDICAL SERVICE A first aid service with doctor and ambulance is available during the whole competition. CLUB SECRETARIAT During the competition days the Club Secretariat opens one hour before the first starting time; on the other days it opens at 8.30 a.m.

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. RULES AND CONDITIONS The Tournament will be played in accordance with: the Rules of Golf, as approved by the R&A Rules Limited (2012 2015 edition), the 2015 Italian Golf Federation Hard Card, the Conditions and Local Rules approved by Tournament Committee and the conditions are 2. FORM OF PLAY 54 holes stroke play 4 th August: 1 st round (18 holes) 5 th August: 2 nd round (18 holes) The lowest 60 scores including ties after the first two rounds for the boys will qualify for the final 18 holes, and the lowest 30 scores including ties after first two rounds for the girls. August 6 th : 3 rd round (18 holes) 3. ELIGIBILITY The tournament is reserved to: 93 players (boys) + 3 wild cards 45 players (girls) + 3 wild cards with an active Ega Excat Hcp not exceeding 11.4 (boys) 16,4 (girls) If the maximum number of foreign players is not reached, the available places will be assigned to the Italian enrolled players according to the Italian order of merit and then to the active EGA Exact Handicap. The waiting list includes Italian and foreign players; the Italians according to the Italian order of merit and then to the active EGA Exact Hcp, the foreign players according to the active EGA Exact Hcp. In the case of an entry, this will be according to the citizenship; an Italian player will replace an Italian and a foreign player will replace a foreigner.
4. ENTRIES The closing date for entries is July 24 th at 23:59. Entries must be sent to Golf Nazionale by writing an e mail to nikisjunioropen@golfnazionale.it including the entry form and certifying that the handicap complies with point 3 Elegibility. Maximum number of entries: 138 players + 6 wild cards 5. WITHDRAWALS Withdrawals, both before and after the closing date of entries, shall be communicated by email to nikisjunioropen@golfnazionale.it no later than the day before the beginning of the competition at 11:30 a.m. After that time any withdrawal shall be communicated to the Tournament Director by phoning the Golf Nazionale secretary office, tel. number +39 0761 600789. The entry fee will be refunded only in case of withdrawal within the day before the beginning of the competition at 11:30 a.m. 6. REGISTRATION All players must register at the Golf Nazionale secretary office between the third day before the beginning of the competition ( August 1 st ) at 8:30 a.m. and the last day before the beginning of the competition ( August 3 rd ) at 11.30 a.m., in order to confirm their attendance. Players who fail the deadline for registration will be cancelled from the starting list and replaced. 7. ENTRY FEE The entry fee amounts to 50.00/ per player. 8. TIES & PLAY OFF In the event that a tie for the 1 st place after 3 rounds occurs, the winner shall be decided by a hole by hole play off over one or more holes selected by the Committee. In the event that ties for any other place occur,the Rules for ties adopted by the Italian Golf Federation will be applied. 9. PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to the winner, the runner up and the third best for each category (boys and girls). The Challenge will be awarded to the winners.
