P A U L H O P K I N S Elite Professional Tennis Instructor Paul Hopkins has worked alongside Nick Bollettieri at the famous IMG Academy. He currently works at the exclusive Campden Hill Tennis Club in Notting Hill. A L A N W I C H E R T Chef Alan specialises in health, raw, detox and SPA cuisine, having worked with KX Gym in Chelsea, England s most exclusive club as executive pre opening & opening chef as well as the 5* Four Seasons in Portugal, The 5* Kempinski Resort in Zanzibar and the 5* Eastin Grand in Bangkok He also worked for In:spa Retreats as retreat chef for seven years. Most recently he has worked as private chef for Billionaires Rajeev Chandrasaker in Bangalore, India, Nana Otedola in London, and as consultant to the luxurious Emelisse 5* Hotel on Kefalonia Island, Greece, as well as cofounding HHH Health Retreats in 2014.
P E T E R R O B E R T S Pilates Master & TRAGER Bodyworx Peter Roberts is an accomplished Pilates teacher teaching such stars as Madonna, The Saudi Royal Princess, Racing car drivers, members of the Juventus soccer team & recently The Newcastle Jets A League Soccer team in Sydney, Australia. Pete is a fully qualified sports therapist and has been working in this area for over 15 years. He also specialises in Trager bodywork and Thai yoga. I have fused many different techniques to my approach working with body and mind in unison, which I consider is the only way we can help ourselves live better for longer.
MIKE VEROS Hiking Master Guide, Tennis & Squash Coach, Personal Trainer Mike Veros is an accomplished Tennis & Squash coach/player in his native Greece. Also an experienced and informative hiking guide, as well as a Cardio based personal trainer. Mikes lessons/classes are fun yet skill set based. "Over the years i have found that the best way to get better in what you do is to enjoy your sport even more. I approach my clients with a philosophy of improving their existing techniques and fitness and gradually guide them to a better result."
