With over 20 years of experience in the space, Brandon has dedicated his professional career to developing innovative products that result in better and more fulfilling experiences for sports enthusiasts. Brandon s passion for outdoor sports initially fueled his desire to be an integral part of the outdoor & action sports industry. As a proven business leader, Brandon s focus is all about execution. His keen understanding of the outdoor and action sports world has enabled him to successfully start and lead numerous startup ventures (Allyance 2002 to 2006 & Access 2005 to 2009) as well as hold executive roles in companies (Forzani Group 2009 to 2016), before eventually founding Ride Concepts. Brandon s mission is simple Build great products and brands that people trust. He s an accomplished professional with proven skills in brand building, product development, business development, strategic planning, and key account development and management. Brandon studied Business, with an emphasis in Sports, at Mesa State College and Colorado Mountain College. Anne Cahill Drawn to the outdoors from a young age, it was a natural progression for Anne to find herself on the business side of the outdoor industry. After completing a solo thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, she spent the next 12 years with one of the world s leading manufacturers of outdoor apparel and accessories. Heavily involved in US and international wholesale sales channels, Anne is credited with helping drive record company growth, and providing key account management as well as developing innovative sales tools to aid in new market penetration and growth. Anne has a proven reputation of executing on international demand planning and creating productive channel assortments. A no-nonsense, cut-to-the-chase approach enables Anne to shine in her leadership roles. Driven to produce top-notch, measurable results, she has a strong analytical grasp on the most complex of business problems. Anne is energetic, dynamic and is a driving force behind the growth of Ride Concepts. Anne has her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder and relocated to the North Lake Tahoe / Truckee area of California in 2001.
Marc Hermsmeyer Marc is an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years of experience providing leadership and direction in sales, marketing, operations and finance for growth-stage companies. Marc gave up his corporate job in 2017 after a career of high-pressure tech sales and management consulting to pursue his passion of helping people get into the outdoors. Why? Because life is about the journey and not the destination. It's a human thing. Marc is experienced in market analysis, sales process and sales team development. He has a successful history executing on and closing key accounts. He is a proven business development and operations leader with a mission to maximize revenue for the organization. Marc is passionate about new markets, and emerging products especially in the outdoor and action sports space. An avid outdoor enthusiast to the fullest extent, Marc enjoys riding bikes, backcountry expeditions, snowboarding and triathlon. He is San Diego transplant currently residing in the North Lake Tahoe / Truckee area of California. Marc has his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance and Strategy from the University of California, San Diego.

Rubber Kinetics - an industry leader in the design, development, and manufacture of high performance rubber compounds - formulated multiple proprietary rubber sole compounds, taking into account dry and wet grip, operating temperature windows (ranges) and durability. The initial offering from Ride Concepts caters to both flat and clipless pedal riders, and is made up of three distinct shoe series; Session, Flow, and Launch, alongside a full line of synthetic and merino performance socks. Gender-specific lasts offer precision fit for men, women and youth, allowing shredders of all ages the same access to highly technical kicks.
