Waves carry energy / information from one place to another using oscillation Wave Properties- Identify theses oscillations using terms like wavelength, amplitude, frequency, propagation direction and speed. Identify transverse and longitudinal waves in mechanical media, such as springs and ropes, and on the earth (seismic waves). Wave Behavior- Understand wave motion in a material and in a vacuum.
