WELCOME TO W H I T E S O X E L I T E B A S E B A L L TRAVEL TEAMS 2 0 1 8-2 0 1 9 JIM ADDUCI Jr. Texas Rangers and Detroit Tigers JIM ADDUCI Sr. St. Louis Cardinals, Milwaukee Brewers, Philadelphia Phillies Jim Adduci, Sr. is a former Major Leaguer, who has been with the Bulls/Sox Academy for over 20 years and is currently the Director of Elite Baseball. Jim started the Sox Elite Travel Teams four years ago along with the Sox Elite baseball skill training sessions. Our program has 23 college baseball commits in it s first graduating class of 2018. The Sox Elite program is aimed at developing the serious minded baseball player with aspirations of playing high school, college and professional baseball. Our ultimate goal is to guide and direct these players progressive training programs so they may advance in the game of baseball as far as their desire and ability can take them. We will also strive to provide a platform of competition and exposure for our Elite Teams and provide ongoing support/counsel from high school tryouts to college recruitment and beyond. Travel teams 2

Jim Adduci has gained valuable experience of going through the decision making process as a player and as a parent, his son Jim is currently competing in his 15th professional baseball season. Jim Jr. has played in the Major Leaugues for the Texas Rangers, Detroit Tigers as well as playing for the Lotte Giants in the Korean Baseball Major Leagues. These experiences allow Jim Sr. to be a priceless resource for a current Sox Elite player and his parents while training at the Academy. Jim Sr. had to make the tough decisions which inherently go with that type of success in the game; including: How do I become a standout high school player? How do I get the attention of college coaches or scouts? College scholarship vs. professional contract? If college, which scholarship offer to accept? If pro, should I accept or decline a signing bonus? See interview with Jim Adduci online at bullssoxacademy.com/jimadduci All Sox Elite teams train at the Bulls Sox Academy in Lisle.
