They are assisted by the management team of Steve Birks, Founder and MD of 1010 Systems Ltd, Chester. Roger Shutt Profile My professional golf career started in 1974 as Assistant Professional at Sandiway Golf Club. In 1978 I was appointed the Head Professional at the Club and was nominated as the Cheshire Golf Union County Coach. After I decided to stop playing competitively on the European Tour in 1983 I turned my full focus to coaching with particular emphasis in the area of junior golf development. In 2011 I created and launched the TommyT Junior Tour aimed at providing fun and competitive golf events for children aged from 3-11 years. Working with Rob Ashbrook and the Brookfield Junior Academy the Tour quickly became a popular niche in the golf fraternity both with the children and their families. Following two successful seasons of events in the North West region the Tour in 2013 went nationwide with excellent response from juniors in the South of England and sell-out bookings for all age groups!
