All ponies and horses that show in halter classes on Monday must be in the barn by 8:00 a.m. Saturday. Thursday night release times will be posted in the barns. Horses and ponies may be exercised before 9:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. All horses and ponies must be in the barn by 11:30 p.m. Lights are to be out at 12:30 a.m. except the center light, which is to burn all night. All ponies and horses must be kept in their stalls at all times, except when showing. Feeding must be done and floors cleaned up before 9:30 a.m. Floors must be kept clean at all times. Fifty dollars ($50.00) each will be paid to Draft Horses that are stabled in the barn, which will be picked by the Superintendent to fill stalls. Halter classes for these horses will be in the Coliseum Monday afternoon. s will be awarded for the first five places. All Draft Horses stabled in barn must show in halter classes on Monday. All manure must be put on the wagon outside of the barn not on the ground. Ground must be raked and kept clean at all times. All horses and ponies must be kept tied at all times except colts. All horses and ponies must have chains or ropes behind them at all times. Miniature horse exhibitors wanting gates will be expected to provide them at their own expense. The Lightweight Ohio State Championship Pull and the Heavyweight Ohio State Championship Pull will take place this year. A copy of the rules may be obtained at the secretary s office.
