Entry tent location - in centre ring on Friday and Saturday a.m. PRIZES: Prizes may be awarded in all classes at the Judge's discretion. 1st, 2nd and 3rd ribbons will be awarded in all classes where entries are sufficient. Prize money will be awarded as stated in schedule. EA SAFE PRACTICE GUIDELINES 1. Stallions should wear official "discs" at all times whilst at the venue. These discs are to be worn on both sides of head collars and bridles or on same part of the horse on both sides to identify to others that the horse is a stallion. 2. No stallion is to be moved around a venue without displaying the stallion discs and a suitable restraint. 3. Where possible all stallions are to be stabled. If suitable stabling is not available stallions need to wear a collar, which is securely tied to the outside of a truck or trailer. Stallions tied to the outside of a truck or trailer MUST be supervised at all times. 4. ABCRA Guidelines for Stallions All stallions must be double tired by neck strap and halter on all grounds. Junior members are allowed to ride stallions in single horse events only and when not competing the stallion to be under adults supervision at all times. 5. Drug testing may be carried out at this Show. Any competitor found to have breached the ASC disputes and disciplinary regulations will be investigated by the ASC Disciplinary Committee. 6. All riders in Sporting and Show jumping events MUST wear an AS/NZS3838 A.S.A. Helmet. 8. Show jumping: To compete in all official Show jumping classes, horses must be registered with the E.A. 9. Sporting Regulations will be the same as those of the Bushmen's Carnival Association/Pony Club Association of NSW. The Show reserves the right to test show exhibitors for prohibited substances.

Definition of Novice/Maiden: A NOVICE is a horse which has not been placed 1st in any individual ridden class of the same class at any Official Show. A MAIDEN is a horse which has not been placed in any individual ridden class of the same event at any Official Show. 15. Riders in age classes may be required to produce proof of age. 16. Junior rider 16 yrs. & under. Adult Rider 17 yrs. & over. 17. All riders MUST sign a Waiver Form. 18. Each horse may only compete in 3 separate showjumping classes for the day. NOTE: E.A. Cards or Numbers MUST be produced on day or within one month to enable prize money to be paid. SOUTH COAST & TABLELANDS SHOW JUMPING POINT SCORE (Prize money donated by participating show societies) 1st, $600; 2nd, $250; 3rd, $150 Participating shows include: Albion Park, Berry, Bowral, Camden, Kangaroo Valley, Kiama, Milton, Moss Vale, Nowra, Robertson, SPECIAL REGULATIONS 1. Points will be awarded on the basis of: 1st place, 10 points; 2nd place, 8 points; 3rd place, 6 points; 4th place, 4 points and 5th place, 2 points. 2. Points will be awarded in all show jumping classes conducted by participating shows except for classes for juniors and novelty events. 3. Horses are eligible for points from one class only on each day. In the event that a horse places in more than one class, the highest points earned that day will be added to its score. 4. Only horses registered with the E.A. are eligible to compete. 5. Each event will be conducted until a first placing is reached. 6. Points for minor placing will be equally divided by the minor place winners. 7. Horses which are ungraded during the competition retain the points earned. 8. Points awarded by each society must be supplied immediately after the show to the Group 5 secretary: Sue Sharpe, group05@tpg.com.au 9. Any dispute concerning the competition must be referred to the Group 5 secretary in writing for reference to the committee. 10. The competition will conclude on the date of the last scheduled participating show in Group 5. 11. Competitors may compete in 3 classes only per horse.
