DIRECTIONS TO THE RANGE Directions from Prince Rupert: - The Prince Rupert Rod & Gun Club is located along the north side of Highway 16, approximately six minutes from downtown Prince Rupert. - You will pass a communications tower close to the road on your right side, the range is the next left turn, approximately 2 km further. - The Prince Rupert Rod & Gun Club range is directly across the highway from the Oliver Lake Picnic Area. Directions from Terrace: - After crossing the Galloway Rapids Bridge onto Kaien Island the Prince Rupert Rod & Gun Club will be on your right in approximately 4 km. - The Prince Rupert Rod & Gun Club range is directly across the highway from the Oliver Lake Picnic Area.

General Notes & Rules For: IPSC level II Pistol Shooting Competition 8 Stages, 152 Rounds, 760 Points. Match Location: The Prince Rupert Rod & Gun Club Registration: 7:00 AM Start Time: 8:00 AM Date: Saturday, May 21 st, 2011 Registration Fee; $65.00, $45.00 if paid prior to May 7 th. Advance registration is required. Rules & penalties as per the current IPSC handgun rule book. Canadian competitors must be black badge certified and IPSC membership is required. Drawings are not to scale but dimensions are accurate. Due to range conditions, distances and actual layout may vary. All measurements are in meters unless otherwise specified. All competitors and spectators must wear hearing and eye protection. It is the competitor s responsibility to be on time for their scheduled shooting times. Competitors may be required to work as condition of entry. One or more safety areas will be designated. No ammunition handling is allowed in safety areas. Breakfast and Lunch will be available. Steel targets will be painted blue.. Penalty targets will be white. Start signal is by electronic buzzer and stop is last shot fired unless otherwise specified. Shooting starts at 8:00am and shooters are to be at their stage no later than 7:45am. Shooters may be squadded depending on the number registered Shooters will be classified as per IPSC-BC classification. Shooters arriving late for their appointed time may, at the discretion of the range official, receive a zero for that stage. Ports will have a maximum height to the bottom of 90cm and will have a minimum size of 30cm vertical by 10cm horizontal.
