CONTEST RULES MAY 17, 2014 Each contestant will be given a mythical bank roll of $24.00 per race. They will be asked to make wagers on races 1-11. The winner will be decided on the person that earns the most money with their bank roll. The structure is as follows: A poster will be created with information and rules to be displayed in the Starting Box and a flyer to be distributed to all winners.
