Company Policies Return Policy Mr. Chips carries a 30 day refund policy from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Returns for Credit will not be issued unless a Return Authorization Number accompanies the Return and the Returned product(s) is in its original, unopened, undamaged package. All Returns MUST be received no more than 30 days after a Return Authorization Number is issued. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mr. Chips, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges associated with an Authorized Return. No Credit will be issued regardless of the circumstances unless these terms are met. Mr. Chips, Inc. will not accept returns on Candy Products for any reason due to the nature of the product. All Credits issued for returns will expire after 90 days from the date of issue. If the merchandise is damaged or missing parts due to a manufacturer defect, please contact us to discuss Credit or replacement options. Shipping Policies All standard orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of the date of sale (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). The date of shipment is determined by the size and complexity of the order. For skid load or custom orders, a lead time will be provided upon the receipt and evaluation of said order. Drop ship requests will be shipped as soon as possible and do not carry an additional fee unless otherwise specified by a Mr. Chips Representative. All requests for same-day shipping must be submitted to Mr. Chips, Inc. prior to 12 p.m. CST and must meet the following criteria: (a) the item is in stock, (b) the item carries a one-day lead time, (c) the item ships via UPS or FedEx. Orders shipping by truck will not be guaranteed for same day shipment. Backorder information, if applicable, will be communicated immediately following order receipt.
