TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Exhibition Service We would eagerly offer you these services freely in each 12 square meters: paneling around, labeling the booth, one outlet, electricity, a table and two chairs, carpet, a trash and putting information in the exhibition book (You will be provided with the list of exhibitors in the official book of exhibition (FOOTEXPO Book) in Persian and English free of charge. In order to achieve a useful collection, participants are required to provide the information both in Persian and English), a colorfulscreen ads in the exhibition book, internet, serving lunch and afternoon tea, and sending invitation card. Note: For extra equipment such as flat screens, projector, laptop, sound equipment, furniture, interpreter and etc. please contact : int@expopars.com 2. Presentable Products Participants are not allowed to post any sign on the wall of exhibition hall, or outside their booth area. The participant is responsible for exhibitor s dress. Presenting goods conflicting with Islamic affairs is forbidden. Participants are responsible for keeping their goods during exhibition s working hours, but out of the mentioned hours, the organizer is responsible for maintaining their stuffs. In case of causing any damages by the exhibitor, he should pay all the charges based on the authorities permission. Presence of participants or their representatives is required in order to answer the questions and take care of the properties during visiting hours. 3. Booth Construction and Preparation If the participant has his own plan for constructing the booth, he should inform to the organizer 30 days before the opening. Also, he is required to introduce his performer to the organizer, and after organizer s confirmation and payment of the exhibition s fees, they can build their booth. All operations, arrangements and preparation should be done 24 hours before the opening, and empty boxes should be put outside the exhibition area. In case of causing any damages by the exhibitor, he should pay all the charges based on the authorities evaluation. Organizer is responsible for overall cleanliness of exhibition, and participants are responsible for their own booths cleanliness. They should clean their booths every day before the visiting hours. 4. Insurance and Safety Measures Participants are responsible for maintaining their performing stuffs, goods and equipment; it is essential for exhibitors to insure their stuffs, equipment and personnel s stuffs against the fire and other hazardous events. Participants are responsible for incoming accidents happening to their employees, and the organizer has no obligation in this case. Participants are required to put the flammable objects such as boxes and empty cartons outside, and avoid keeping them behind the panels and cables tracks. In order to keep such stuffs, the organizer will consider a place for them. There is no responsibility for participant in case of unforeseen events such as wars, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, fires leading to cancelation or change of the exhibition date. The money is refundable after the deduction cost. 5.The Booth Delivery and Evacuation Collecting and packing the stuffs should be done a day after the end of the exhibition. If the participant could not evacuate the booth in the designated date, the organizer does not have any responsibility for participant s stuffs and booth. If the participant does not evacuate and deliver the booth on time, the organizer is allowed to destruct and transport the stuffs. It is obvious that participant should pay all charges for destruction and transportation. If the stuffs are avoided to fake out in case of disputation, the participant should pay the storage cost. If the participant does not take any action for resolving the problems or taking out the stuffs after one month, the organizer can confiscate them; if the official value of the confiscated stuffs is less than the cost of damages, the organizer can get the additional cost from the participant. 6. Relinquishment The participant is allowed to relinquish 45 days before the opening with the deduction of 50% of the total cost. Less than 45 days before the opening, the money will not be refundable.
