CHAPTER 1 GENERAL FURTHER SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS 1.1 EVENT TITLE AND DATE 1.1.1 The Meeting shall be known as Challenge Bathurst, and will comprise of three (3) discrete events: A Supersprint 15 th to 16 th November 2018. A Modern Regularity 17 th to 18 th November 2018. The following additional information. Corporate Suite 1 located near Tower 1 Level 1, the following will take place. Accreditation pack desk, pit lane garage key desk. Official Merchandise desk. Photo Souvenirs desk. Race Fuels information desk. Timing device handout desk. Administration checking desk. Supersprint: Wednesday 14 th Any Competitors that collect their accreditation packs after 1500hrs (3pm) on Wednesday 14 th there is NO guarantee that your vehicle will be scrutiny checked. All Competitors should plan to arrive well before 1500hrs (3pm) to complete the process. Modern Regularity: Friday 16 th All Competitors must park in Harris Park Carpark first. Then walk over the Pedestrian Bridge to Corporate Suite 1 and commence there Accreditation and Administration Checking. Any Competitors that collect their accreditation packs after 1500hrs (3pm) on Friday 16 th there is NO guarantee that your vehicle will be scrutiny checked. All Competitors should plan to arrive well before 1500hrs (3pm) to complete the process.

Saturday 17 th November from 0820hrs to 1020hrs. 1.5 DRIVERS BRIEFING 1.5.1 Attendance is compulsory and failure to be present or on time at the Driver s Briefing will result in a penalty. 1.5.1.1 Non-attendance at the briefing $250.00 penalty. 1.5.1.2 Attendance after the commencement of briefing $125.00 penalty. 1.5.1.3 The Media Centre located on Level 1 above Pit Lane Garage 33 and 34. 1.5.1.4 Any further Driver briefings will be advised by a Bulletin at the Event. 1.5.2 Date and Time: 1.5.2.1 Supersprint: 1.5.2.2 Modern Regularity: Group E Thursday 15 th November at 0720hrs. Thursday 15 th November at 0750hrs. Thursday 15 th November at 0820hrs. Thursday 15 th November at 0850hrs. Saturday 17 th November at 0720hrs. Saturday 17 th November at 0750hrs. Saturday 17 th November at 0820hrs. Saturday 17 th November at 0850hrs. Saturday 17 th November at 0920hrs. 1.6 PROGRAM The Event program is attached and will be referred to as Appendix A. 1.7 CIRCUIT ACCESS BUMP IN (arrival) and BUMP OUT (departure) 1.7.1 Both Categories: 1.7.1.1 Competitors allocated a Pit Lane Garage, refer to Supplementary Regulation Item 2.8.1.1 re the collection of keys. 1.7.1.2 All team members involved in unloading and loading equipment during bump in and/or bump out must wear high visible vests to comply with Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) laws. 1.7.1.3 When truck tail gates and/or car trailer ramps are on the ground they must have Hi Viz Fluoro safety cones on each corner to identify the corners. 1.7.1.4 Set up of your area must be in accordance with directions from the Administrator. All instructions provided by the Administrator must be strictly adhered to. 1.7.1.5 Competitors that have been allocated a truck parking space behind Pit Lane Garage 1 to 8, must ensure that the truck is parked in the one (1)

allocated location. All others vehicles must be located in the Outer Paddock Area. 1.7.1.6 All car trailers must be parked in the trailer area in the Outer Paddock Area, they are not permitted to be left in the Inner Paddock Area. 1.7.2 Supersprint: 1.7.2.1 Access to the track, Pit Lane Garages and/or Paddock areas will be available from 0900hrs to 1700hrs (5pm) Wednesday 14 th November. 1.7.2.2 ALL TRUCKS and/or TRAILERS should be at the track no later than 1500hrs (3pm) Wednesday 14 th November. 1.7.2.3 Pit Lane Garage and Inner Paddock: 1.7.2.3.1 Competitors that have been allocated a Pit Lane Garage may set up in their garage. 1.7.2.3.2 Competitors that have been allocated an Inner Paddock Hocker may set up in their Hocker. 1.7.2.4 Bump Out: After you open your pit lane garage on Friday morning, please return your garage key back to Corporate Suite 1 located near Tower 1 Level 1 BEFORE 0830hrs and collect your key deposit. When you re final session Sprint #6 is completed on Friday all Competitors are to commence packing up, and vacate the Inner Paddock Area and park in the Outer Paddock Area. All Supersprint and Competitors are to vacate the Inner Paddock Area by 1720hrs to allow the Modern Regularity Competitors to commence park up at 1730hrs (5.30pm). Competitors with trailers may exit the Circuit via the Chase Tunnel, your height must be under 3.1 metres, and you can park in Harris Park. Competitors with trucks must wait until the completion of competition when the Circuit is opened. If Competitors have a problem with bump out contact the Administrator at Tower 3 Level 1. 1.7.3 Modern Regularity: 1.7.3.1 Access to the track for cars with trailers: Competitors with trailers less than 3.1 metres high may access the track and Outer Paddock Area through the tunnel road from 0900hrs on Friday, then all Competitors must stay in the Outer Paddock Area until 1730hrs (5.30pm). 1.7.3.2 Access to the track for trucks with cars: Access to the track and Outer Paddock Area for trucks will be available between 1200hrs to 1240hrs forty (40) minutes on Friday during the

resident access period, then again at the completion of the day s activities at approximately 1730hrs (5.30pm) on Friday. 1.7.3.3 ALL TRUCKS and/or TRAILERS should be at the track no later than 1500hrs (3pm) on Friday. 1.7.3.4 Pit Lane Garage and Inner Paddock: 1.7.3.4.1 Competitors that have been allocated a Pit Lane Garage may commence set up in the Pit Lane Garage from 1730hrs (5.30pm) Friday. 1.7.3.4.2 Competitors that have been allocated an Inner Paddock Hocker may commence set up in their Hocker from 1730hrs (5.30pm) Friday. 1.7.3.5 Bump Out: After you open your pit lane garage on Sunday morning, please return your garage key back to the Event Office, located at Tower 1 Level 1 and collect your key deposit. When you re final session Trial #4 is completed on Sunday all Competitors are to commence packing up, and vacate the Inner Paddock Area and park in the Outer Paddock Area. Competitors with trailers may exit the Circuit via the Chase Tunnel, your height must be under 3.1 metres, and you can park in Harris Park. Competitors with trucks must wait until the completion of competition when the Circuit is opened at 1800hrs (6pm) Sunday. If Competitors have a problem with bump out contact the Administrator at Tower 3 Level 1. All Competitors must be out of the Inner Paddock Area by 1900hrs (7pm) on Sunday night due to a separate Circuit track hire operation on Monday 20 th November. 1.9 MARKINGS ON VEHICLES 1.9.1 Both Categories: As per Supplementary Regulation Item 2.7.2.4, it is the responsibility of the Competitor to make sure that the front windscreen banner and Group letters are placed on the front windscreen prior to the first session. 1.9.2 Supersprint: Supersprint Competitors that have also entered the Modern Regulation Category during Saturday and Sunday are reminded to change; Front windscreen banner (different Category Sponsor). Group letter if different from their Supersprint Group letter before there first Modern Regularity session on Saturday morning. Vehicle pass (different colour for Modern Regularity).

1.9.3 The following vehicle triangles will be available for purchase from the Secretary of the Event Office. Battery Triangle. Electrical Cut of Switch Triangle (for Log Book Vehicles only). Tow Triangle. 1.10 MEDICAL CENTRE HOURS The trackside medical centre will be open during the following hours: Wednesday 14 th November limited services. Thursday 15 th to Sunday 18 th November 0700hrs to 1800hrs 1.11 CHANGE OF CLASS, DRIVER OR GROUPS Further to Supplementary Regulation Item 2.2.3. The Organiser in consultation with the Secretary of the Event reserve the right to move Competitors from the nominated timed Group as per there Entry Form based on results from the familiarisation and practice sessions into either a quicker and/or slower timed Group prior to the first competition session.
