Smallbore Benchrest at 50 & 100 Yards By: Keith McMahan, Match Director November 14 th turned out to be a nice day to have a match. It was in the 70 s and no wind to speak of. 25 shots were fired for score at 50 yards, and then 25 shots were fired at 100 yards for score. Then both scores were added together for each gun. Rimfire.22 cal rifles were used. When it was all over, in the Open Scoped class Francis Moates was 1 st, Ed Jones took 2 nd and Nelson Fagan finished 3 rd In Open Iron Sights, 1 st went to Dazy Perry. 2 nd and 3 rd quit shooting and went home. In Hunter Scoped, John Hagan took 1 st, George Holb 2 nd and 3 rd went to Dazy. Hunter Iron saw John Hagan at 1 st, Keith McMahan was 2 nd and 3 rd found Dazy once again. In all, we had 14 shooters firing 27 guns. I want to thank Ed Jones, Harvey Ballenberg and Gene Blackburn for helping me keep the targets scored and recorded. CHATUGE GUN CLUB, INC. DUES POLICY 1. The initial dues and membership fee, payable upon joining the club, is $60.00. 2. Subsequent annual dues for members is $35.00. 3. Annual dues are due and payable April 1st of each calendar year and may be tendered at the regular annual meeting held on the third Tuesday of April of each calendar year. 4. Range keys will be issued upon payment of dues at a regular monthly business meeting. 5. The lock and keys at the range gate will be changed on June 1st of every calendar year. 6. Failure to pay annual dues by August 31st of that calendar year will result in the member in arrears being removed from the membership and mailing list. 7. Failure to pay annual dues by December 31st of that calendar year will constitute default on the part of the member. After that date the member may rejoin the club at the full initial membership fee rate of $60.00. 8. It is each member's responsibility to pay his or her dues in a timely fashion without invoice or annual statement. 9. New memberships paid for between January 1st and the date of the annual meeting will carry over and be effective through the annual meeting of the following calendar year. 10. Dues may be paid at any regular business meeting of the Chatuge Gun Club. These meetings are held at 7 PM, on the 3 rd Tuesday of each month at the Senior Citizen s Center in Hiawassee, Georgia Note: A $10 per member, per year surcharge for range maintenance and improvement was voted on by the membership at the 18 April 2000 meeting and was implemented into effect April 2001.
