Yu must be 19 years f age r lder. Yu will need the date yu received the Grizzly Bear Part(s), yur custmer s name and address, quanity and descriptin f the part(s) and harvest r pssessin details. Befre yu start yu will need A BCeID t sign n t the BC Hunting nline service Fish and Wildlife prfile Fish and Wildlife ID (FWID) A Taxidermist/Tanner credential Access t a scanner r smart phne t make a cpy f the harvest and pssessin dcuments yu are submitting NOTE: A BCeID is an accunt that prvides secure electrnic access t nline gvernment services, including the BC Hunting nline system. If yu dn t have a BCeID, yu will be prmpted t register fr ne when yu sign n at www.gv.bc.ca/hunting. Step 1 Check fr an existing prfile If yu are a B.C. resident, nn-resident r nnresident alien hunter r if yu have purchased hunting licences fr yurself r n behalf f an adult r yuth, yu may have an existing prfile. T search fr yur prfile, enter the fllwing: Yur Hunter Number r FWID Yur last name Yur date f birth (mmm dd, yyyy) Then click n SEARCH Review/update yur prfile infrmatin and click NEXT t cntinue at Step 2 Page 1 f 9

Step 6 Prvide yur Custmer s Infrmatin Date f Receipt this date cannt be in the future All mandatry fields must be cmpleted, additinal infrmatin is ptinal Click NEXT t prceed After clicking n NEXT, yur repr twill be saved n yur prfile CANCEL buttn this will cancel the reprt, it will nt be saved Step 7 Prvide Harvest Lcatin (per specimen) details Harvest and Pssessin Details Yu must prvide infrmatin n where the Grizzly Bear was harvested, if in B.C., Canada r utside f Canada.
