ACCOMMODATIONS Four Points by Sheraton 503 Cope Way, Saskatoon (306) 933-9889 Rate of $159.99/night Group name is Saskatchewan Regional Pony Club. Group number SRP 22G. There is a pool and hot tub open 9:00 am -9:00 pm daily. Waterslide is open 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, open 9:00 am -9:00 pm Saturday and 9:00 am 12:00 pm on Sundays. Room Check-in: Check-In times after 3:00 pm/check-out 12:00 pm. Please note that the host region is not responsible for any room charges (i.e. damage, excessive cleaning). REGISTRATION INFORMATION Regional Letter of Intent Due May 29th, 2015 Please send a regional intent letter with the name of members attending, number of chaperones and $150 deposit per competitor by May 29 th. T-shirt requests and money are appreciated at that time as well. This letter must be signed by the regional chair or the show jumping chair to confirm the candidate has been screened by region as their qualified candidate, (that they meet all criteria and had reference letters reviewed by region). The rest of the forms and the balance of the fees ($225/member and $175 for chaperone) are due by June 15 th, 2015.
National Show Jumping Championships Page 2 Entry fee: $375 per participant; $175 per chaperone. This fee includes activities and meals from Thursday supper, including breakfast until Sunday later afternoon (only Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday). Accommodations and additional pocket money will be required for meals outside of this, and other incidentals that the participants or chaperone may require. If transportation to/from the hotel and airport are required please let us know so we can make arrangements. Make cheque payable to Saskatchewan Regional Pony Club. Refund for medical reasons only after closing date. See CPC refund motion from April 2014 for national events. Eligibility: Each region may send one participant per level for 2015 (qualified in 2014). Each region must screen and select their candidate ensuring they meet the criteria laid out in the CPC Show Jumping rules, at C1 level or higher, minimum age of 13 years as of Jan 1st and jumping 3 0. Chaperones: All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone; however, a chaperone may chaperone more than one participant. Clothing: T-shirts are available, complete the order form included with this registration package, they must be received with your entry form, no later than June 15, 2014. Schedule: A tentative schedule is included (more detail to follow) by the end of June.
