Fire-fihtin measures Extinuishin media Special protective equipment for fire-fihters Wash out mouth with water. Remove dentures if any. Move exposed person to fresh air. Keep person warm and at rest. If material has been swallowed and the exposed person is conscious, ive small quantities of water to drink. Stop if the exposed person feels sick as vomitin may be danerous. Do not induce vomitin unless directed to do so by medical personnel. If vomitin occurs, the head should be kept low so that vomit does not enter the luns. Get medical attention if adverse health effects persist or are severe. Never ive anythin by mouth to an unconscious person. If unconscious, place in recovery position and et medical attention immediately. Maintain an open airway. Loosen tiht clothin such as a collar, tie, belt or waistband. Flush contaminated skin with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothin and shoes. Continue to rinse for at least 10 minutes. Get medical attention if symptoms occur. Wash clothin before reuse. It may be danerous to the person providin aid to ive mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. No specific treatment. Treat symptomatically. Contact poison treatment specialist immediately if lare quantities have been inested or inhaled. Suitable Use an extinuishin aent suitable for the surroundin fire. Not suitable None known. Special exposure hazards Promptly isolate the scene by removin all persons from the vicinity of the incident if there is a fire. No action shall be taken involvin any personal risk or without suitable trainin. Hazardous combustion products Special protective equipment for fire-fihters In a fire or if heated, a pressure increase will occur and the container may burst. Fire-fihters should wear appropriate protective equipment and self-contained breathin apparatus (SCBA) with a full face-piece operated in positive pressure mode. Decomposition products may include the followin materials carbon dioxide carbon monoxide haloenated compounds metal oxide/oxides Fire-fihters should wear appropriate protective equipment and self-contained breathin apparatus (SCBA) with a full face-piece operated in positive pressure mode. 6. Accidental release measures Personal precautions Environmental precautions Lare spill No action shall be taken involvin any personal risk or without suitable trainin. Evacuate surroundin areas. Keep unnecessary and unprotected personnel from enterin. Do not touch or walk throuh spilt material. Avoid breathin vapour or mist. Provide adequate ventilation. Wear appropriate respirator when ventilation is inadequate. Put on appropriate personal protective equipment (see section 8). Avoid dispersal of spilt material and runoff and contact with soil, waterways, drains and sewers. Inform the relevant authorities if the product has caused environmental pollution (sewers, waterways, soil or air). Stop leak if without risk. Move containers from spill area. Approach the release from upwind. Prevent entry into sewers, water courses, basements or confined areas. Wash spillaes into an effluent treatment plant or proceed as follows. Contain and collect spillae with non-combustible, absorbent material e.. sand, earth, vermiculite or diatomaceous earth and place in container for disposal accordin to local reulations (see section 13). Dispose of via a licensed waste disposal contractor. Contaminated absorbent material may pose the same hazard as the spilt product. Note see section 1 for emerency contact information and section 13 for waste disposal. Version 1 Pae 2/7

6. Small spill 7. Handlin Storae 8. Accidental release measures Handlin and storae Exposure controls Enineerin measures Hyiene measures Eyes Hands Respiratory Stop leak if without risk. Move containers from spill area. Dilute with water and mop up if water-soluble. Alternatively, or if water-insoluble, absorb with an inert dry material and place in an appropriate waste disposal container. Dispose of via a licensed waste disposal contractor. Put on appropriate personal protective equipment (see section 8). Eatin, drinkin and smokin should be prohibited in areas where this material is handled, stored and processed. Workers should wash hands and face before eatin, drinkin and smokin. Persons with a history of asthma, alleries or chronic or recurrent respiratory disease should not be employed in any process in which this product is used. Do not et in eyes or on skin or clothin. Do not inest. Avoid breathin vapour or mist. Use only with adequate ventilation. Wear appropriate respirator when ventilation is inadequate. Keep in the oriinal container or an approved alternative made from a compatible material, kept tihtly closed when not in use. Empty containers retain product residue and can be hazardous. Do not reuse container. Store in accordance with local reulations. Store in oriinal container protected from direct sunliht in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area, away from incompatible materials (see section 10) and food and drink. Keep container tihtly closed and sealed until ready for use. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upriht to prevent leakae. Do not store in unlabelled containers.
