Monthly Food & Beverage Policy Memorial Day Flag Tournament Moorhead Country Club s Food & Beverage Minimums Policy promotes our members enjoying $75 in food & beverage spending each month of the membership year (April 1 March 31) Pool only memberships monthly F&B are calculated for the months of June, July & August only but can enjoy the dining and social events offered by the Club throughout the entire year. F&B minimums are waived/carried over only in the event of health considerations, relocation or permanent alternate address (snow birds). Snow birds, those residing for a length of time outside of the FM area must complete application, at the beginning of the season, for snow bird status and provide a permanent alternate address out of the FM area. Snow birds must designate the number of months they are absent and then their minimum requirement increases monthly to cover the absence. For instance, if a snow bird is absent for three months, their monthly minimum requirements for the remaining 9 months increases to $100 permonth. This is only a provision for members with permanent alternate addresses. Snow Bird status applications are available in the MCC business office. Grandchildren age 18 and under, who are accompanied by their grandparents, may enjoy all MCC amenities free of guest fee charges. Grandchildren may join their grandparents on the course, according to the daily play schedule, without the charge for guest greens fees. They may also join their grandparents at the MCC pool without the charge for guest fees. This policy applies only to grandchildren age 18 and under who are accompanied by their MCC membership holding grandparents. Adult children and grandchildren (19 and older) are subject to immediate family rate guest fees. MCC s Member-Guest Tournament, The Murph (formerly Sweet Potato) takes place July 14 & 15. This tournament is a highlight of our summer calendar. 2016 entrants are automatically invited for play in the 2017 tournament. Please contact the Golf Shop for tournament deposit and wait list information. Take part in the Memorial Day festivities at Moorhead Country Club. The player that goes around the course the farthest wins. Cost for this tournament is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Certificate prizes from the Golf Shop will be awarded. Please join us for a fun day on the course! Make your own tee times between 7 a.m.-noon. MCC DRESS CODE Please familiarize yourself and each member of your family with the MCC dress code. We understand that society is becoming more casual in their dress habits, but feel that our dress code is very liberal in that it recognizes and allows for a wide latitude of options. It is the member s responsibility to advise their guests of the dress code in advance to prevent any embarrassment. Members and guests are responsible for proper golf attire. Shirts and shoes must be worn. Shirts must have sleeves (men) and an appropriate collar, mock turtlenecks & full turtlenecks are acceptable.
